Fuel pre-filtering element
A fuel pre-filtering element may comprise a casing provided with a fuel outlet, an internal tube, an upper annular element, a lower annular element, a filtering element and a cover. The filtering element may be arranged around the internal tube The upper and lower annular elements may be respectively fixed to the upper and lower ends of the filtering element The filtering element may be arranged inside the casing such that the internal tube establishes a contact with the fuel outlet, the upper annular element is arranged around the fuel outlet and in contact with an upper surface of the casing, and the upper annular element is deformed and forms an annular projection. The annular projection may establish a seal between the internal tube, the fuel outlet and the casing. The arrangement of the filtering element may be inside the casing and further form a region of unfiltered fuel.
Adapter for laboratory cell strainer
An adapter for laboratory cell strainer is disclosed. The adapter includes a unitary structure having an annular top surface, an annular bottom surface, a smooth inner surface, an outer surface, and an opening extending therethrough. The adapter has a downwardly and radially inwardly sloped funnel section terminating in a cylindrical edge at the annular bottom surface with a lower section of the funnel section having a narrowed, tapered diameter. The outer surface of a middle section of the funnel section has an annular neck configured therearound with a plurality of radially protruding ribs. The unitary structure is configured for connection to the laboratory cell strainer at the annular top surface and placement inside a various sized laboratory tube for receiving filtered liquid during use.
Multi-stage filter assembly
In one aspect, a modular filter assembly for filtering fluid that flows in a flow direction therethrough is disclosed. The assembly includes a first housing section having a first filter element; a second housing section having a second filter element; and a connector disposed between the first and second housing sections. A housing includes the first housing section, the connector, and the second housing section. The flow direction is through the first and second filter elements in series.
FILTRATION DEVICE AND FILTRATION METHOD
A filtration device that includes a cylindrical body and a filtration part. The cylindrical body has a first open end and a second closed end with an end wall. The filtration part is on a circumferential portion of the cylindrical body and has through-holes.
PLURAL CIRCUIT OIL FILTER
An apparatus facilitates multiple paths or circuits through an engine and remote housing for an oil filter. The apparatus includes a first oil filter chamber housing a first oil filter, a second oil filter chamber housing a second oil filter, a first output of the remote housing configured to provide a path from the first oil filter chamber housing to bearings of an engine, a second output of the remote housing configured to provide a path from the second oil filter chamber housing to a sump of the engine, and an input of the remote housing configured to provide a path from an oil pump of the engine to the first oil filter chamber housing.
IN SITU REJUVENATION OF CONTAMINATED MECHANICAL FILTRATION MEDIUM
An in situ system of filter rejuvenation can be applied to a mechanical filter passing fluid contaminated by chemical and particulate materials such that the filter removes the contaminants from the flow by trapping the contaminants in a filter medium. A non-combustive infrared heating system gasifies the trapped contaminants without combustion and without emissions to the atmosphere, restoring the efficacy of the filtration medium.
MEDICAL DEVICE FOR CONSTIPATION PREVENTION, COPROSTASIS REMOVAL AND GOOD BOWEL MOVEMENT
A medical device includes: a hollow body part formed in a predetermined between shape; a head part provided at a tip portion thereof with a discharge port for discharging cleaning water and detachably coupled to a front end of the body part; a connection part connected to a shower hose and a rear end of the body part and provided with a control valve for controlling water supply, a water flow rate and a water pressure; a water purification tube built in the body part and provided with leakage preventing grilles at both ends thereof; and a purified water discharge part provided inside the head part and configured to remove foreign substances in the water by using a filter.
Water filtration apparatus with top-loading filter cartridge housing
An apparatus for filtering water includes a tubular housing defining a housing interior for holding a filter cartridge that radially divides the housing interior into a feed zone and a filtrate zone. The housing interior extends vertically from a bottom end to an upper end defining an upper end opening that is sized to allow the filter cartridge to be inserted into and removed from the housing interior. A lid is removably attached in sealing relationship to the housing top end to prevent water flow out of the housing interior via the housing top end opening. A distributor, attached in sealing relationship to the housing bottom end, has an inflow passage for directing water flow into the feed zone of the housing interior, and an outflow passage for directing water flow out of the filtrate zone of the housing interior, and into a tank storing a granular filtration medium.
Water container flushing system including sediment separator, sediment buster and associated methods
A water heater flushing system includes a housing having an inlet configured to be coupled to a drain port of the water heater and receive water therefrom, and an outlet configured to discharge water from the housing. A series of filter elements are positioned and spaced apart within the housing transverse to a water flow path defined between the inlet and the outlet, the series of filter elements are configured to separate solid impurities from the water according to different particle sizes (e.g. progressively different or finer particle sizes) in the water flow path between the inlet and the outlet. A viewing feature, such as a transparent lid, is carried by the housing and configured to provide visual access to an interior of the housing for inspection of separated solid impurities at each of the filter elements. A sediment buster may be coupled to the inlet of the housing and configured to send a fluid into the drain port of the water heater. The sediment buster may include a fluid supply device, and shut-off valve between the fluid supply device and the inlet of the housing.
OIL FILTER/LIQUID INDICATOR ASSEMBLY
A bearing housing assembly featuring a bearing housing having a bearing housing wall portion with a bearing assembly chamber for receiving a bearing assembly and a shaft to be rotated, an oil sump for receiving and containing oil for lubricating the bearing assembly when the shaft is rotated, an oil path channel formed as an oil path for receiving dirty oil from the bearing assembly chamber for traveling down the oil path, and a filter assembly wall portion forming a filter assembly cavity coupled fluidically between the oil sump and the oil path channel; and a filter assembly arranged in the filter assembly cavity, to couple to the filter assembly wall portion, receive the dirty oil traveling down the oil path, filter the dirty oil and provide filtered oil to the oil sump, so the filtered oil can be recirculated to lubricate the bearing assembly when the shaft is rotated.
