A manifold assembly and a method of engaging a filter capsule in the manifold assembly are provided.

A water filter assembly is provided that includes features that facilitate mounting and removal of a water filter cartridge to and from a manifold. In particular, the water filter assembly includes an electromagnet interface that simplifies and aids mounting of the water filter cartridge to the manifold as well as removal from the manifold.

An oil filter adapter device may be used to enable an engine or other machine that was manufactured for using cartridge oil filters to use spin-on oil filters. In some examples, the oil filter adapter may have a docking collar for coupling with an engine, a cylindrical base for coupling with an oil filter housing, and an attachment piece for coupling with a spin-on oil filter. The oil filter adapter may also have a spring disposed between the docking collar and the cylindrical base such that the docking collar is compressible relative to the cylindrical base to allow the oil filter adapter is able to couple to a variety of oil filter housings ranging in size and shape.

Aspects herein include filter elements and filtration systems. In an embodiment, a filter element for a filtration system is included. The filter element can include a filter body and a filter media disposed within the filter body. A wireless power receiver can be associated with the filter body. The wireless power receiver can include a receiving antenna, a control circuit in electrical communication with the wireless power receiver, and a feedback channel circuit in communication with the control circuit and configured to transmit through a channel separate from the receiving antenna. A filter device for a filter system of a motor vehicle includes a filter element which is securable to a filter module. A filter element securing structure is disposed on the filter element where the filter element securing stricture interacts with a respective securing structure disposed on the filter module to form a bayonet closure. The filter element securing structure is an arc-shaped guide groove in a base of the filter element, where the arc-shaped guide groove has an insertion opening at a first end and a latching contour at a second end. The respective securing structure disposed on the filter module is a head pin that is receivable in the arc-shaped groove, An edge region of the arc-shaped guide groove slopes from the insertion opening to the latching contour.

An array of spaced dewatering panels mounted in a spaced relationship in a framework (collectively referred to herein as a panel support system or panel system) is described wherein the panels are coupled to the framework in a manner that permits them to be pivoted or swiveled between at least a first orientation (or position) and a second orientation (position).

A base filter for a diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) filter of a header assembly in a fluid reservoir is disclosed may include first and second semi-cylindrical holder portions having a semi-cylindrical walls concluding at abutment surfaces that face and engage when the base filter is assembled. The semi-cylindrical holder portions have one or more mounting tabs extending inward from inner surfaces of the semi-cylindrical walls. The header assembly may include a header with a cylindrical header boss having mounting recess defined therein. The mounting tabs may be circumferentially spaced about the semi-cylindrical walls to align with and be inserted into the mounting recesses of the header boss the base filter is assembled on the cylindrical header boss. Fasteners may be inserted through fastener bosses of the semi-cylindrical holder portions and into fastener bores of the header boss to hold the semi-cylindrical holder portions together and on the header.

A device for extracorporeal blood treatment, in particular a dialysis device, including an internal fluidic system for a treatment liquid, in particular for a dialysis liquid, the internal fluidic system having at least two liquid connectors for connecting a substantially cylindrical filter element, in particular a dialyzer, to the internal fluidic system for passing a treatment liquid through the filter element, and including a mounting for exchangeably holding the filter element in such a way that the filter element can be connected to the liquid connectors of the internal fluidic system and to an extracorporeal blood line in an intended manner, wherein the mounting for holding the filter element is designed in such a way that a cylinder longitudinal axis of the filter element is substantially horizontally aligned.

A method for assembling a bezel unit with a base unit installed in an article includes inserting a foot of a first attachment leg extending from a first position on the bezel unit into a first receiving cavity including by movement of the bezel unit in a first direction and moving the bezel unit in a second direction normal to the first direction. Moving the bezel in the second direction causes mutual engagement between an exterior profile of the foot with an inside profile of the cavity, both the exterior profile of the foot and the inside profile of the cavity tapering inwardly in the second direction. The mutual engagement between the first exterior profile and the inside profile aligns the bezel unit with the base unit with respect to the first and second planes.

Filter cartridges and manifold blocks for filter manifold systems are described. The filter cartridges include flanges surrounding openings at first and second ends of the filter cartridge, with face seals in the flanges. Manifold blocks include end blocks, at least one of which is movable so that the distance between the end blocks can be changed. When a filter cartridge is installed into the manifold by engagement of the flanges with slots in the manifold end blocks, a fluid pathway is formed through a first manifold end block, into the filter cartridge, through the filter cartridge, out of the filter cartridge and into a second manifold end block. The fluid pathway is sealed by the face seals where the flow is from a manifold end block into or out of the filter cartridge.
