Cylindrical filter screen with tensioning mechanism
A filter assembly including a filter screen (27) comprising a band (27) of porous material extending between two axially aligned opposing ends (38, 38) and defining a cylindrical periphery (29), wherein the ends (38, 38) are each secured to a dynamic tensioning mechanism (46) that permits the ends (38, 38) to move bi-directionally relative to one another about the periphery (29) of the filter screen (27).
APPARATUS FOR STORING ORGANIC MATERIAL
There is disclosed an apparatus for storing organic materials, the apparatus including: a body having an opening for receiving the organic materials to be stored; an outlet formed in the body through which the organic materials are unloaded from the body; a cooling fluid circuit for circulating cooling fluid through the organic material collected by the hopper.
Apparatus for storing organic material
A filter for removing particulate matter from a contaminated fluid. The filter includes a housing with an inlet for receiving the contaminated fluid and an outlet for releasing the filtered fluid. A sieve is mounted within the housing and includes perforations to allow both the passage of the contaminated fluid and collection of particulate matter from the filtered fluid. The filter further includes a turbine for rotating the sieve about a central axis and a spray bar mounted within the sieve. The rotation and spray removes particulate matter from the sieve for disposal.
Conical filter with turbine powered scraper
An assembly (1) for filtering water comprising: a filter (10) forming a permeable receptacle for fluid to be filtered, an actuating inlet (300) for providing a stream of water, a filter fluid inlet (302) for providing fluid to be filtered to the filter (10), and, a rotatable cleaning structure (20) for cleaning the filter (10), wherein the structure (20) comprises at least one scraper (201) extending along and substantially abutting a first surface (101) of the filter (10), the scraper (201) being rotatable with respect to the first surface (101) of the filter (10), and wherein the structure (20) further comprises at least one rotatable element (250) arranged for receiving the stream of water, the stream of water being receivable in, and filterable by, the filter (10) and wherein the element (250) is rotationally engaged with the scraper (201) such that the stream of water providing a rotational force to the element (250), rotates the scraper (201) with respect to the first surface (101) of the filter.
Filter Device
A filter device is disclosed comprising a filter which is used to clean a fluid flow of particulate contamination in a specifiable flow direction, having a fluid inlet for supplying an unfiltered medium flow, a fluid outlet for removing a filtrate flow, and a discharge opening for discharging a backflushing fluid produced while backflushing the filter against the specifiable flow direction using a backflushing device, wherein as the particulate contamination being cleaned out of the fluid flow by the filter increases, the differential pressure between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet increases, characterised in that a valve device is arranged downstream of the discharge opening, viewed in the fluid flow direction, said valve device regulating the discharge rate of backflushing fluid as a function of the differential pressure.
Portable pool filter cleaning system and method of cleaning a pool filter
A portable pool filter cleaning assembly is configured to retain a pool filter on support rod and allow the pool filter to spin from a spray of water. The spinning filter releases debris from the filter surface through centrifugal force. The assembly has drainage features to ensure proper drainage of water collected within the interior of the pool filter and enable proper spinning from the spray of water. The assembly utilizes a support rod with a bottom filter retainer that is conical in shape for engaging with the pool filter aperture. The bottom filter retainer may further have a bearing that enables the pool filter to rotate freely about the rod with very little force. The assembly may include a stand for securing the support rod on a hard surface, such as concrete or on an uneven lawn surface.
Tableware washing apparatus and filtering device thereof
A filtering device and a tableware washing apparatus, the filtering device includes a rotary filter and a drive assembly. The rotary filter includes a columnar filtering screen configured to filter water from a washing process of the tableware washing apparatus; wherein a diameter of an external circle defined by each mesh of the columnar filtering screen is between 0.2 to 0.5 mm. The drive assembly is connected to the rotary filter and configured to drive the columnar filtering screen to rotate relative to contents within the columnar filtering screen at a relative speed of 100 to 1000 r/min, for separating at least a portion of residue on the columnar filtering screen from the columnar filtering screen.
