SANITARY MASK SHEET
A sanitary mask sheet, in which a WC value indicating a work volume up to a maximum pressure in a thickness direction is 0.3 Pa.Math.m or more, and a capture rate of particles having a particle diameter of more than 1 m is 85% or more.
Filtration Media for Filtration/Purification of a Liquid or Gas, Related Reactor Modules, Filtration Devices and Methods
The invention includes a filtration medium for the purification of a liquid or a gas material that includes a mat having a first surface and a second surface. At least one of the first surface or the second surface is substantially non-planar. The mat comprises a foamed resin having a density of about 1 lbs/ft3 to about 3 lbs to ft3 and/or an indentation load deflection of about 35 lbs to about 150 lbs.
Also included in the invention is a filtration medium for the purification of a liquid or a gas material comprising at least two mats, each mat having a first surface and a second surface, wherein at least one of the first surface or the second surface is substantially non-planar and has a substantially non-uniform convolution profile. Included are devices for the filtration of a liquid and/or gas that comprise one or more reactor modules. The reactor modules include the filtration medium and a substantially cylindrical chamber and/or a substantially rectangular chamber that may include sides, a top and a bottom. The chamber additionally includes a base that extends from the sides of the chamber towards the interior of the chamber and the filtration medium is disposed within the chamber.
Methods of filtering a gas or liquid material using the filtration medium are also provided, as are methods of fabrication of the modules.
RIDGE VENT FOR USE ON A ROOF RIDGE
A vent having a continuous, elongate mat having an upper face and a lower face, and having a first portion and a second portion. The mat includes a plurality of columns of patterned three-dimensional structures of a network of randomly convoluted polymeric filaments having a first density, at least one of the plurality of columns of patterned three-dimensional structures being provided in the first portion, and at least one other of the plurality of columns of patterned three-dimensional structures being provided in the second portion. The mat includes a throat portion between the first portion and the second portion, the throat portion having a network of randomly convoluted polymeric filaments of a second density different than the first density, a first cover layer covering an outer edge of the first portion, and a second cover layer covering an outer edge of the second portion.
Method of making a thin filtration media
A method for manufacturing a filtration media with improved filtration, strength, tear resistance and air permeability in the form of a relatively thin and lightweight wet-laid fibrous web that has a wet Mullen ratio of 20% to 90% to ensure that the media is flexible enough to be formed into a fluted structure, and strong enough to retain the fluted structure when would into a roll and to permit further processing.
Fluid purification media and systems and methods of using same
A fluid purification system capable of removing contaminants from significant volumes of fluids under low pressure conditions and at reasonable flow rates is provided. The system comprises a first fluid purification media comprising a rigid porous purification block. The rigid porous purification block includes a longitudinal first surface; a longitudinal second surface disposed inside the longitudinal first surface; and a porous high density polymer disposed between the longitudinal first surface and the longitudinal second surface. The system further includes a second fluid purification media, comprising a fibrous, nonwoven fabric disposed adjacent to the first surface of the first fluid purification media, the second surface of the first purification media, or both.
Filter media including oriented fibers
Filter media incorporating one or more filtration layers that include fibers including fiber portions orientated at a non-zero angle with respect to a surface of the filtration layer are provided. In some embodiments, at least a part of the fiber portions are positioned at an angle of at least 20 degrees (e.g., between 46 degrees and 90 degrees, or between 61 degrees and 90 degrees) with respect to a surface of the filtration layer or an outer or cover layer of the media. This orientation of fiber portions may result in an increased efficiency (e.g., average efficiency and/or initial efficiency) compared to similar filter media that do not include such oriented fiber portions.
BREATHING HALF MASK
A breathing half mask (1) for protection against particles, aerosols and odors, having two or more mask sections (10). The breathing half mask (1) can be brought from a storage state into a use state by at least one folding process.
FILTRATION MEDIA
A filtration media with improved filtration, strength, tear resistance and air permeability in the form of a relatively thin and lightweight wet-laid fibrous web that has a wet Mullen ratio of 60% to 80% to ensure that the media is flexible enough to be formed into a fluted structure, and strong enough to retain the fluted structure when wound into a roll and to permit further processing without the media becoming too brittle. The filtration media comprises a blend of cellulose and synthetic fibers having a weight percent of 81 wt % to 87 wt % of a weight of the media and a resin binder having a weight of 13 wt % to 19 wt % (preferably about 16 wt %) of the weight of the media.
Curb inlet filter
A curb inlet filter adapted to work in conjunction with a curb inlet comprised of permeable filter fabric fashioned generally in a V cross section, comprising an upper and lower fabric layer separated by one or more gussets. A user inserts the curb inlet filter into a curb inlet and may apply pressure to push the filter into the curb inlet causing the gussets to compress as the invention enters the curb inlet and resulting in a press fit between the gussets supporting the upper and lower permeable filter fabric layers. The compression fit retains the inlet filter into place and the curb inlet. Water may pass through the permeable filter fabric, while the permeable filter fabric prevents sediment and other unwanted debris from entering the storm water drainage system.
BREATHING HALF MASK
A breathing half mask (1) for protection against particles, aerosols and odors, having two or more mask sections (10). The breathing half mask (1) can be brought from a storage state into a use state by at least one folding process.
