CONCENTRATED ALGAL EXTRACT
The present invention relates to a composition of seaweed algal extracts having a dry matter content between 18-36%. These extracts preferably belong to Ascophyllum nodosum. The said extracts are also characterised using bioactive compounds found in them inherently. The present invention also provides a method of making the said composition and characterising the same.

Supports for centrifuging plants and methods of supporting plants during centrifugation
A plant support for centrifuging plants comprises at least first and second portions that are configurable in a closed configuration that defines an internal cavity adapted to radially support plants in a manner at least partially preventing the plants from deforming or changing orientation during centrifugation. The first and second portions are also configurable in an open configuration that allows the plants to be inserted between the at least first and second portions into what becomes the internal cavity from the side rather than axially. Another plant support comprises a plurality of plant support rods that are removably attached to a platform that holds the plant support rods perpendicular to the platform and parallel to each other during centrifugation. A method involves supporting a plant radially relative to the g-loading during centrifugation such that a treatment agent remains in contact with only a portion of the plant.

CROP SCOUTING INFORMATION SYSTEMS AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Described herein are techniques for generating contextually rich plant images. A number of data captures of raw plant data are generated via a sensing unit configured to navigate a growing facility. Metadata is generated and assigned to the raw plant data including at least one of: plant location, timestamp, plant identification, plant strain, facility identification, facility location, facility type, health risk factors, plant conditions, and human observations. Images generated by the sensing unit are analyzed and pixel annotations are generated in the images based on their relation to one or more plant well-being features. Data tags are generated and assigned the data captures based on an analysis of the data captures. The data tags are text phrases linking a particular data capture to a specific threat to plant well-being.
PLANT VITALIZING AGENT CONTAINING EXOGENOUS ELICITOR AND ENDOGENOUS ELICITOR AND USE THEREOF
Physiological processes in plants are regulated and reinforced, and crop vitality, yield, quality and post-harvesting storage life are improved. A plant vitalizer comprising an exogenous elicitor and an endogenous elicitor is applied to plants.

MELANOIDIN COMPOSITIONS FOR PROTECTING CROPS FROM NONFUNGAL PESTS
Use of brown melanoidins in compositions and methods to protect plants against a wide variety of non-fungal pests is disclosed. In some exemplary embodiments of the invention, the plants are nightshades, for example tomato. In some exemplary embodiments of the invention, the plants are cucurbits, for example cucumber. Alternatively or additionally, in some embodiments the pests are selected from the group consisting of viruses, bacteria, oomycetes, and arthropods.
PLANT TREATMENT APPARATUS
A plant treatment apparatus includes: a plant holding unit; an ultraviolet irradiation unit configured to irradiate a plant held by the plant holding unit with light comprising ultraviolet light in a wavelength range of no less than 270 nm and no more than 290 nm; and either (i) a plant immersion unit configured to immerse the plant held by the plant holding unit into a liquid that comprises water and is held by the plant immersion unit, or (ii) a liquid ejection unit that ejects the liquid towards the plant held by the plant holding unit.
