The gurney cover and optional heating system comprises a container, a body cover spool, a body cover, a head cover spool, a head cover, a plurality of container clips, one or more body cover clips, and one or more head cover clips. The container may couple to a first side of a gurney via the plurality of container clips. The body cover and the head cover may be adapted to be deployed from within the container by pulling them across the gurney to cover a patient. The body cover may couple to a second side of the gurney via one or more body cover clips. The head cover may couple to the second side of the gurney via one or more head cover clips. The body cover, the head cover, or both may comprise battery-powered heating elements that are adapted to warm the patient.

Described is a bariatric version of foldup evacuation sled that includes a bottom sheet, a mattress disposed above the bottom sheet, and a support sheet disposed above the mattress. A margin stack including the bottom sheet and the support sheet forms a sandwiched margin left side and a sandwiched margin right side. The sled may further include a plurality of spinal boards disposed between the bottom sheet and the mattress. Wheel assemblies are mounted on each spinal board. The sled further includes a leg/torso cover coupled to the bottom sheet and dimensioned to substantially enclose legs and lower torso of the person when the leg/torso cover is folded upward over the person lying on the support sheet.

A multi-purpose mat system includes a mat, the mat having a left side and a right side opposite of the left side; a plurality of loops spacedly formed on the left side and the right side; at least one support frame detachably coupled with the loops, each of the support frame having a plurality of support members detachably coupled with one another to form the support frame; wherein the mat is folded to form a tunnel with the loops being aligned with one another and the support frames being passed through the loops and the tunnel.

A multi-purpose mat system includes a mat, the mat having a left side and a right side opposite of the left side; a plurality of loops spacedly formed on the left side and the right side; at least one support frame detachably coupled with the loops, each of the support frame having a plurality of support members detachably coupled with one another to form the support frame; wherein the mat is folded to form a tunnel with the loops being aligned with one another and the support frames being passed through the loops and the tunnel.

An inflatable device includes a top sheet, a bottom sheet, a cavity formed by the top sheet and the bottom sheet, wherein the top sheet and the bottom sheet are coupled together along a peripheral edge, a port in communication with the cavity and with an exterior of the device, and a valve, including a pocket located in a cavity having an entrance opening and an exit opening to deliver air to the cavity. The pocket is formed by a first and a second layer of material and is positioned along a first portion of the peripheral edge. The device further includes a second port in communication with the cavity, and a second valve in communication with the second port and the cavity. The second valve comprises a second pocket located within the cavity and positioned along at least a second portion of the peripheral edge.

An inflatable device includes a top sheet, a bottom sheet, a cavity formed by the top sheet and the bottom sheet, wherein the top sheet and the bottom sheet are coupled together along a peripheral edge, a port in communication with the cavity and with an exterior of the device, and a valve, including a pocket located in a cavity having an entrance opening and an exit opening to deliver air to the cavity. The pocket is formed by a first and a second layer of material and is positioned along a first portion of the peripheral edge. The device further includes a second port in communication with the cavity, and a second valve in communication with the second port and the cavity. The second valve comprises a second pocket located within the cavity and positioned along at least a second portion of the peripheral edge.

A transport device having a layer of resilient material with ends and sides. A hook is attached to each end of the layer of resilient material and alternating rings and straps are attached along the sides. An adjustable strap is attached to one side of the resilient material at a first end of the strap and has a clip at the opposite end of the strap. Attached to a bottom surface of the layer of resilient material is a layer of plastic that is positioned inwardly of the ends and sides of the layer of resilient material.

A transport device having a layer of resilient material with ends and sides. A hook is attached to each end of the layer of resilient material and alternating rings and straps are attached along the sides. An adjustable strap is attached to one side of the resilient material at a first end of the strap and has a clip at the opposite end of the strap. Attached to a bottom surface of the layer of resilient material is a layer of plastic that is positioned inwardly of the ends and sides of the layer of resilient material.

A weather shield device for a medical stretcher includes a generally square-shaped malleable main body member that is constructed from one or more layers of waterproof fabric. An elongated hollow channel is positioned along the periphery of the main body for receiving and housing a self-supporting frame. The frame and main body are transitioned between a folded position, a fully open position and an arched position for use with a stretcher. A plurality of connectors are disposed along the sides of the main body and function to selectively engage the sides of a medical stretcher. When secured onto the stretcher, the frame forms an arched shape so as to fully cover the stretcher with the waterproof main body, and a pair of semi-rigid struts maintain a set separation distance between the sides of the main body when in the arched position.
