Patient transport apparatus with adjustable handles
A patient transport apparatus includes a support structure. The support structure includes a base, a frame, and a patient support surface to support a patient. One or more handle assemblies are coupled to the frame to maneuver the patient transport apparatus. The handle assemblies include one or more handles to be manipulated by a user. The handles are capable of being adjusted to facilitate maneuvering of the patient transport apparatus, such as pushing/pulling the patient transport apparatus along a floor surface, lifting the patient transport apparatus over obstacles, loading the patient transport apparatus into an emergency vehicle, and/or unloading the patient transport apparatus from the emergency vehicle.

Patient Transport Apparatus With Adjustable Handle
A patient transport apparatus comprises a support structure. The support structure comprises a base, a frame, and a patient support surface to support a patient. One or more handle assemblies are coupled to the frame to maneuver the patient transport apparatus. Each handle assembly comprises a handle and a handle extension supporting the handle. The handle extension is configured to articulate relative to the frame from a stowed position to a use position such that the handle is adjacent to the frame in the stowed position and the handle is extended from the frame by the handle extension in the use position. The apparatus also includes a locking device comprising one or more locking elements configured to discretely lock and unlock the handle extension relative to the frame in the use position or the stowed position.

CONVERTIBLE VEHICLE DOOR EMERGENCY REMOVAL DEVICE
A convertible vehicle door emergency removal device comprising a pair of door members, a stretcher frame member and a pad member. The door members each include a first door member and a second door member and each door member is removably attached to a corresponding vehicle door frame for opening and closing. Each door member includes a pair of mating hinges for attachment to one another and a pair of strap handles for transporting a stretcher frame member. The stretcher frame member is formed by attaching the pair of door members to one another after each door member is removed from a corresponding door frame. The pair of door members are attached to one another by connecting the mating hinges to one another. The stretcher frame member is configured to receive an occupant for transporting. The pad member overlays a top surface of the stretcher frame member. Moreover, the pad member is inflatable and includes an inflatable cushion for providing cushion support to an injured region of the occupant.

Multimodality medical procedure mattress-based device
A mattress system is provided that is optimized for the hospital setting and includes a guiderail system that accepts a variety of accessories for attachment thereto. The guiderail system may have integrated data lines, power lines, gas lines, and/or fluid lines. Also provided are radioabsorbant shields, trays and other components designed for optimal use with the mattress system.
Mobile stretcher
In a mobile stretcher, in order to change the height position of a patient support mounted on a chassis, the chassis geometry is modifiable by a hydraulic drive system. The drive system includes a linear actuator, a pressure supply unit, and a receiving space for hydraulic fluid. A manually actuatable unlocking valve unit directly connects a lifting working chamber of the linear actuator to the receiving space. The valve unit has a control space delimited by a piston element movably guided relative to the housing of the valve unit and which communicates with a lifting attachment, which communicates with the working chamber. The piston element is operatively connected to a valve body interacting with a valve seat of a relief valve between the lifting attachment and a tank attachment communicating with the receiving space. A mechanical actuation input acts on the valve body, with a spring element interposed.
