Portable Air Filtration System

A portable air filtration system for efficiently installing an air filtration system to a barrier which may be easily removed or replaced. The portable air filtration system generally includes a filtration unit which is adapted to be secured to a barrier over an opening in the barrier. The filtration unit includes a first connector which may include a fastener or a magnetic element. A second connector is provided to secure the filtration unit to the barrier, with the second connector including a fastener or a magnetic element on its first side to engage with the first connector and an adhesive on its second side to engage with the barrier. The filtration unit may also include a removable one-way valve such as a flap and an optional secondary filter.

FILTER INTERCONNECTS UTILIZING MAGNETIC SHEAR FORCE GENERATED BY CODED POLYMAGNETS

A filtration system interconnection structure having a filter manifold and a filter cartridge in magnetic communication with one another, such that a latching mechanism and latch blocking structure in the manifold secures the filter cartridge with a manifold sump when the filter cartridge is inserted within the manifold sump. The magnetic communication is formed between two complementary coded magnets capable of producing a magnetic shear force when in close proximity to one another. The magnetic shear force removes the latching blocking structure from interfering with the latch, allowing the latch to secure the filter cartridge. Movement of the latching blocking structure coded magnet relative to the filter cartridge coded magnet may be perpendicular or parallel with respect to each other. The filter magnet polarity transitions are aligned with the manifold magnet polarity transitions such that a shear force is generated between the magnets when the filter cartridge is inserted within the manifold sump housing, allowing for actuation of the latch blocking mechanism against a biasing force, and allowing the latch to move radially inwards against a separate biasing force.

A filter module and an air purifier according to an aspect of the present disclosure include a supply roller and a recovery roller, a filter wound and installed on the supply roller and the recovery roller, so that it can be used without replacing and cleaning the filter module for a long period of time by allowing a section used in the filter to be recovered in the recovery roller, and also a section not used in the filter to be supplied from the supply roller.

Embodiments are directed to a vacuum cleaner and removably attachable filter. The filter is configured to separate debris from a flow of fluid drawn through the suction inlet. The filter includes a housing forming a first volume and a filter media forming a second inner volume. The filter media is coupled to the housing such that the first and second inner volumes together at least partially define a collection container configured to store debris separated by the filter media from the flow of fluid. The filter further includes an inlet opening that extends through the housing to provide fluid communication into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container such that the flow of fluid with the debris can flow into the collection container and a relatively clean flow of fluid exits through the filter media.

The filter element is adapted to be locked in the second state when arranged in the filter housing. A filter system is also provided including a filter element and an anchoring device adapted to be arranged between the opposite outer peripheral sides of the filter element when it is curved to the second state.
