ASSEMBLY, KIT AND METHOD FOR SECURING A COVERING TO AN AIR INTAKE INCLUDING MAGNETIC CONNECTING INSERTS
A magnetized fastening system for applying, over an opening and surrounding fascia of a structure, a covering material including either of a flexible or rigid outer reinforced extending perimeter within which is configured a plurality of receiving apertures. A plurality of rails are adapted to being secured to the fascia in extending fashion proximate the opening, each of the rails exhibiting a three dimensional cross sectional shape with a forwardly projecting support surface within which is configured an outwardly facing narrowed slot for receiving a plurality of fasteners for securing the edges of the covering. A magnetized insert secures together the elongated channels in perimeter defined fashion over the intake opening. This can further include any of the channels being magnetically attracting, the connectors magnetically attracting metal intake surface of the air handling unit, and/or an intermediate applied strip between the rear surfaces of the channels and the intake face (typically non-metallic or non-attracting in this variant), such providing an opposite polar attraction to the magnet contained in the corner L or intermediate, linear T or cross shaped inserts, such as which can include a rare earth magnet contained in a pocket configured on an inside face of the insert.

A vessel for conveying a precursor-containing fluid stream from a precursor material contained within the vessel, the vessel comprising: an interior volume defined by a top, one or more sidewalls, and a base; and at least one fluid outlet for vaporized precursor, and at least one particle barrier that defines at least one particle restricted space within the interior volume, wherein said particle barrier comprises at least one 3-dimensional filter. A method for using the apparatus is also disclosed.
VARIABLE AIR FILTER ASSEMBLIES
An air filter assembly includes a filter element having at least one variable dimension, and a frame for engaging and supporting the filter element. The frame may include a plurality of linear segments forming a rectangular configuration, and a plurality of clips for connecting the linear segments together at corners thereof. The linear segments may be L-channel segments, C-channel segments, or may be of other form. Clips may be used for connecting the linear segments together at the corners. The filter element may have a pattern of creases or fold lines to facilitate folding thereof from an expanded configuration to a reduced configuration. A grate may be included for spanning an area bounded by the frame to support the filter element. The grate may have multiple arms and a central hub. An edge treatment may form a seal between the filter element and the frame.
Animal Waste Vacuum Disposal and Bagging Device
A solid pet waste vacuum and bagging device is described. The device is equipped with a canister, collection chute, vacuum motor, and a bag cartridge. The device eliminates the need for an individual to come into any contact with pet waste, including the temperature and the smell conventionally known to emanate from pet waste. The device employs the vacuum motor to collect pet waste within the bag via the collection chute. The collection chute is lined with a plastic bag, which is sealed and released from the collection chute within the canister upon activation of a dispose button by the user. The device is powered by rechargeable batteries, and may be equipped with a charging cradle to maintain a fully charged battery.

COLLAPSIBLE AND FOLDABLE PLEATED DISPOSABLE AIR FILTER
A foldable and disposable air filter media for insertion into an air filter frame is disclosed. The air filter media includes two or more filter pleated strips that are joined together. The outer edges of the air filter media are fixed to the frame to form the air filter. Each of the filter pleated strips have a number of pleats that increase the area to reduce pressure drop across the filter media while allowing air flow through to remove unwanted particles from the filtered air. A folding crease is formed between the opposite border edges of the air filter media allowing the air filter media to be folded for shipping or disposal.
