METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PASSIVELY BUBBLING GAS THROUGH LIQUID
Methods and apparatuses for adding gas bubbles to a tank containing liquid at locations that allow the bubbles to rise to the top of the tank are disclosed. One embodiment comprises a membrane filtration system connected to a gas source and a drain. The membrane filtration system draws gas into the system from the gas in response to a reduced pressure profile created by opening a drain. The gas may be air supplied at atmospheric pressure.
FILTRATION DEVICE
A filtration device includes a continuous first unit including a first membrane that separates a liquid into first permeated and non-permeated liquids, a first adjuster that adjusts a flow rate of the first permeated liquid to be substantially constant, and a first liquid scale that detects a liquid amount, a second unit including a second membrane that separates another liquid into second permeated and non-permeated liquids, a second adjuster that adjusts a flow rate of the second permeated liquid to be substantially constant, and a second liquid scale that detects another liquid amount, a first controller that controls the liquid amount in the first storage tank based on measurement values from continuous two first units or from the continuous first and second units, and a second controller that controls the another liquid amount based on a measurement value from the second unit.
Water storage tank and household water purifier having same
A water storage tank is provided with a water storage bag for storing finished water and a space for accommodating squeezed water outside of the water storage bag. The water storage tank enables a rapid introduction of squeezed water by having a flow guiding groove connected in communication with the space for accommodating squeezed water. A hollow tube extending into the water storage bag is arranged to prevent distortion of the water storage bag, so as to completely squeeze the finished water out of the bag. A cylindrical middle part and two ellipsoidal or hemispherical ends of the water storage tank can improve the stress bearing performance of the water storage tank. A household water purifier using the water storage tank is also described.
SMALL VOLUME PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A fluid processing system includes a disposable fluid circuit and reusable hardware configured to accept the disposable fluid circuit. The disposable fluid circuit includes a spinning membrane separator, first and second syringes, and a flow control cassette. The reusable hardware includes a spinning membrane separator drive coupled to the spinning membrane separator, first and second syringe pumps coupled to the first and second syringes respectively, a control cassette interface coupled to the flow control cassette, and at least one controller coupled to the spinning membrane separator drive, the first and second syringe pumps, and the control cassette interface. The controller is configured to selectively operate the drive, the first and second syringe pumps, and the interface to provide a procedure according to a protocol.
Water purification device
A device (1) for purification of water driven by gravity through a purification unit between an upper dirt water container (2) and a lower clean water tank (3). A backwash system may be integrated, the system comprising a receptacle (8) for accumulation of the backwash water to prevent consumption thereof by mistake.
Water Treatment System
The disclosure relates to water treatment systems that may be used to remove impurities from water, particularly systems that inserted at the point of entry of a water supply into a building.
RO ATMOSPHERIC STORAGE TANK WITHOUT NEED OF PRESSURE TANK OR ELECTRIC PUMP
An Atmospheric Storage Tank designed to be an alternative to the existing RO pressure storage tank; it functions on water pipeline pressure. It eliminates the disadvantage of subjecting the RO system to back pressure on feed water which reduces the efficiency of the system and it also will have higher probability of leakage. It requires a Pumping Gadget to pump the water when it is installed below the faucet. It is primarily designed, although not exclusively, to be used together with the ZERO WASTE RO system under patent application PCT/SG2015/000124 where there waste water tank to store the pipeline water and when combined, we can have an economical and simplified RO water filter system with less maintenance.
FILTERING DEVICE, PURIFICATION DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CHEMICAL LIQUID
A filtering device is for obtaining a chemical liquid by purifying a liquid to be purified, and the filtering device has an inlet portion, an outlet portion, a filter A, at least one filter B different from the filter A, and a flow path which includes the filter A and the filter B arranged in series and extends from the inlet portion to the outlet portion, in which the filter A is a porous membrane containing a polyimide-based resin.
Reversing valve and household water purifier including same technical field
Disclosed is a reversing valve. The reversing valve controls the position change of a valve element thereof under the joint action of the total changing pressure from a piston side thereof and a compression spring side thereof to make connection and disconnection between different chambers in the reversing valve, so that the reversing valve can control connection and disconnection of relevant waterways. The reversing valve adopts a purely mechanical design and has characteristics of high reliability and fast switching. Also disclosed is a household water purifier including the reversing valve.
DESALINATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A desalination system that is deployable in a body of water having a surface and a seafloor and which includes a vessel structure that is capable of travel in water, a reverse osmosis system disposed within an internal space of the vessel structure and a tank connected to the reverse osmosis system, the tank configured to receive filtered water from the reverse osmosis system. A positioning system is provided for controlling the travel of the vessel structure, and a ballast system is configured to control the buoyancy of the vessel structure. A controller is operably associated with the positioning system and the ballast system to control the position of the vessel below the surface of the body of water.
