PLANTER SYSTEM AND LINER THEREFOR
The planter system includes a planter with a liner to facilitate evacuation of water from the planter and aeration of the soil within the planter. The liner is made of a durable waterproof material to prevent water from contacting the interior surface of the planter. A filter disposed within the liner serves as a barrier to help prevent solid matter such as soil or other debris within the receptacle from passing into the spout, while allowing water within the receptacle to pass through the filter and into the spout for evacuation from the liner. The spout is configured to pass into an aperture extending through the bottom of the planter. Water and other matter exiting the spout flow into a lined basin. The basin liner may include a drain system to facilitate evacuation of water from within the basin liner.

Automatically Rotating Plant Pot
This invention automatically rotates the plant pot so that all sides of the plant get even sunlight over the course of a day or week, without any manual intervention. This helps the plant grow more straight rather than bend on one side towards the sun.
HYDRATION SYSTEM FOR AN INDOOR GARDENING APPLIANCE
A hydration system for an indoor gardening appliance includes sump for collecting water used to hydrate plants and a water supply containing fresh water. The sump and the water supply are fluidly coupled to a supply conduit and a pump assembly urges a flow of liquid through the supply conduit. A diverter assembly controls the amount of liquid recirculated from the sump and the flow of fresh water from the water supply. The hydration system further includes a drain valve that selectively discharges liquid from the sump to an external drain.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATING TRANSFER OF PLANTS WITHIN AN AGRICULTURAL FACILITY
One variation of a method for automating transfer of plants within an agricultural facility includes: dispatching a loader to autonomously deliver a first module—defining a first array of plant slots at a first density and loaded with a first set of plants at a first growth stage—from a first grow location within an agricultural facility to a transfer station within the agricultural facility; dispatching the loader to autonomously deliver a second module—defining a second array of plant slots at a second density less than the first density and empty of plants—to the transfer station; recording a module-level optical scan of the first module; extracting a viability parameter of the first set of plants from features detected in the module-level optical scan; and if the viability parameter falls outside of a target viability range, rejecting transfer of the first set of plants from the first module.

SABBATH MODE FOR AN INDOOR GARDEN CENTER
A gardening appliance and method of operation during Jewish holidays is provided herein. The indoor gardening appliance includes a liner defining a grow chamber and a grow module rotatably mounted within the grow chamber for receiving a plurality of plant pods. A controller may be configured for determining a Jewish holiday, such as the Sabbath, and may selectively control the indoor gardening appliance according to an operation routine for the Jewish holiday.
STACKABLE PLANT GROW RACKS AND WATERING SYSTEM
A stackable plant grow rack and watering system that includes a watering loop and a plurality of support loops stackable thereupon in a vertical direction. A plurality of stackable grow racks can be provided and spaced from one another and connected in series via connectable water hoses to thereby form a plant support and watering daisy-chain.
CONTAINER WITH BUILT-IN POT
The present invention belongs to the field of various industrial techniques related to the storage of thin or threadlike materials, that is, with the collection or removal of household garbage or similar waste, and more specifically it relates to a garbage receptacle. The invention is a container that integrates a garbage can to store waste and waste generated in the environment and a flowerpot to beautify the environment.
Modular vertical agriculture assembly to support vegetative growth in the vertical plane
A modular assembly is disclosed to support, feed, and water live vegetative growth on an inclined or vertical surface, using a series of horizontally mounted troughs affixed to an impervious backing panel.
