Floating dispensers
A floating dispenser having an external float or an internal float for supporting a cartridge or cartridges for floatingly delivering a dispersant or dispersants to a body of water with the floating dispenser having cartridges rotationally positionable with respect to one another to control the rate of dispensing while the dispenser floats in an upright condition with the floating dispenser changing its flotation orientation in response to consumption of the dispersant or dispersants in the a cartridge to thereby provide a visual alert to replace a spent cartridge with a fresh cartridge. In addition the inventions described herein permit changing the dispensing nature of the system from a multiple dispensing system to a single dispensing system without changing the floating characteristics of the floating dispensers through replacement of a dispersant in one of the cartridges with an inert or ballast material that has no effect on the water characteristics.
FLOATING POOL SANITIZER WITH LOCKING DEVICE
A floating chemical dispenser is disclosed that is configured to dispense a chemical into a body of water, such as pool water. The chemical dispenser includes a float attached to a container. The container contains a chemical composition, such as a chlorine source. The container also defines an aperture that allows water to enter the container at a controlled rate. When the dispenser is placed in a body of water, water enters the container and gradually dissolves and releases the chemical. An end cap is position on the container and rotates between a closed position and at least one chemical dispensing position. The end cap further includes a locking device that locks the end cap into a closed position to prevent inadvertent release of the chemical.
Dispensers
A two-part dispensing device for a pool having a dispensing saddle with a static port therein for continual delivery of a first dispersant and a hold for floatingly supporting itself and an exchangeable dispensing pod therein with the dispensing pod having a dynamic port and a static port for a continual delivery of a dispersant wherein the static port delivery of a dispersant maintains the pool at a safe level when there is no human bather load on the pool and the condition of the disperant in the dispensing pod can be determined by the orientation of the dispensing saddle and the dispensing pod in the pool.
Solid product dispenser for small volume applications
A solid product dispenser can be used to form a dilute liquid solution from a block of solid concentrate. In cases where only a small amount of liquid solution is needed, the solid product dispenser may dissolve the block of solid concentrate quickly and substantially uniformly to provide a solution of controlled concentration. This can be contrast with larger dispensing applications where a dispenser may dissolve a block of concentrate slowly at the start and more rapidly as the dispensing progresses, producing a solution with an average concentration higher than if only a small amount of solution were produced using the dispenser. In one example, the solid product dispenser includes a fluid distribution reservoir and a solid product reservoir positioned inside of the fluid distribution reservoir and over a platform on which the solid product sits. High pressure fluid flows between the two reservoirs, turbulently contacting the solid product.
Overflow Vent Irrigation Device
An overflow vent irrigation device is disclosed. An example overflow vent irrigation device includes a reservoir body having an input port and an exit port. The example overflow vent irrigation device also includes a tablet chamber in fluid communication with the reservoir body, and a turbulence dam within the reservoir body. The input port is connected to a faucet of a basin, and the exit port is connected via a hose to an overflow port of an overflow-to-drain journal of the basin during use to clean the overflow journal of the basin.
Solid foam stick manifold device
A solid foam stick manifold device provides solid stick foam additive to multiple discharge lines. The device includes a housing having an interior space defining a mixing chamber configured for holding a solid foam stick. An inlet extends from the housing and is in fluid communication with the interior space directly into the mixing chamber. An outlet extends from the housing and is in fluid communication with the interior space. The outlet is positioned such that flow through the inlet passes through the mixing chamber before being expelled through the outlet for expelling foam produced by mixing of water with the solid foam stick within the mixing chamber.
Water straining and chemical additive device for marine vessels and recreational vehicles
In some embodiments, a water straining and chemical additive device may include a filter body having a wall inflow surface, a central aperture, and a peripheral aperture. A return water tube having a tube outflow surface and a tube inflow surface may be coupled to the filter body. An inflow conduit may be in fluid communication with the peripheral aperture, and the inflow conduit may be formed by the wall inflow surface and the tube inflow surface. An inflow filter screen may be coupled to the peripheral aperture. A filter cap forming a primary cavity in fluid communication with the central aperture and the peripheral aperture may be coupled to the filter body. An outflow filter screen may be coupled to the central aperture. An outflow conduit may be in fluid communication with the central aperture, and the outflow conduit may be formed by the tube outflow surface.
Combination Chemical Dispenser
A device for dispensing chemical solutions into a liquid flow, alone or in combination with a filter cartridge. Said chemical solution is created by dissolving up to two chemical solutes contained within chemical cartridges into said liquid flow. The device is comprised of a lower chemical cartridge containing a first solute connected to an upper chemical cartridge containing a second solute, and a dispenser which allows said liquid flow to continue through the flow network. The device allows for higher concentrations of a single solute to be introduced into said liquid flow than present techniques or allows for the introduction of multiple solutes into said liquid flow within the same dispenser system.
CLOSED-TYPE MEDICINE MIXING EXTRACTION DEVICE
A closed-type medicine mixing extraction device for mixing and extracting medicines stored in a first vial and a second vial, respectively, includes a first needle part and a second needle part, which are able to be fitted to the first vial and the second vial, respectively, a connection port to which a syringe is able to be coupled, and a ventilation port through which air is able to enter and exit, wherein the first needle part and the second needle part communicate with each other through a direct communication flow path, the first needle part and the connection port communicate with each other through an extraction flow path, and the second needle part and the ventilation port communicate with each other through a ventilation flow path. Thus, different types of medicines stored in vials, respectively, are able to be hygienically, safely, and rapidly mixed and extracted.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING A CLEANING FLUID
A device for providing at least one cleaning fluid, having a collecting container which by means of a pump and a fluid line is connected to a first cleaning container within which there is received a first cleaning component, further comprising a sensor unit and a control unit for controlling the pump and for interrupting a fluid loop depending on a concentration measured by the sensor unit in a contactless way.
