DUAL VAPORIZER MIXING SYSTEM
A dual vaporizer mixing system has a vapor generator with a first chimney and a second chimney. The first chimney generates a first vapor column having a first flavor, and the second chimney generates a second vapor column having a second flavor. A regulator is connected to the vapor generator and receives vapor from the vapor generator. A mouthpiece is connected to the regulator and receives vapor from the regulator. A flavor selector is swivel mounted to a swivel joint. The swivel joint is formed on the regulator. The flavor selector has a first flavor selection that allows passage of the first vapor column through the regulator. The flavor selector has a second flavor selection that allows passage of the second vapor column through the regulator.
SYSTEMS FOR ANESTHETIC AGENT VAPORIZATION
Methods and systems are provided for delivering anesthetic agent to a patient. In one embodiment, a liquid anesthetic agent container includes a base region, an interior of the base region configured to hold liquid anesthetic agent, an adapter region, and a capillary force vaporizer (CFV) housed in the adapter region. The adapter region includes a coupling end configured to couple to a patient breathing circuit to supply anesthetic agent vaporized by the CFV to a patient.
Aerosol generating device with a capillary interface
There is provided an aerosol generating device comprising a storage portion (113, 501) for storing aerosol-forming substrate (115, 505). The device comprises: a vaporizer (119, 509) for heating the aerosol-forming substrate (115, 505), a capillary material (117, 507) for conveying the liquid aerosol-forming substrate (115, 505) from the storage portion (113, 501) towards the vaporizer (119, 509) by capillary action, and a porous material (201, 301, 405, 511) between the capillary material (117, 507) and the vaporizer (119, 509).
HUMID AIR FORMING DEVICE, INSPECTION DEVICE COMPRISING SAME, AND INSPECTION METHOD
A humid air forming device, which cools an object to be measured to a predetermined temperature, and which sprays humid air having a predetermined temperature to the cooled object to be measured, thereby forming moisture particles on the surface of the object to be measured, and a measurement system including the same. The humid air forming device includes a cooling unit that cools the object to be measured to a first temperature or lower; and a humid air supply unit that forms humid air having a second temperature, which is higher than the first temperature, and spraying the humid air toward the surface of the cooled object to be measured, thereby forming moisture particles on the surface of the cooled object to be measured.
Venturi air-ammonia mixer enabled for two burner system
Disclosed is a venturi air-ammonia mixer 200 enabled for a two-burner system. The venturi air-ammonia mixer 200 comprises a venturi body 204 and an annular region 212. Further the venturi body 204 comprises a convergent section 204(a) comprising an air inlet feed 208 a cylindrical section 204(b) comprising an inner hollow member 202, and a divergent section 204(c) comprising an air-ammonia gas outlet 210. Further the cylindrical section 204(b) and the inner hollow member 202 comprises a first perforated region and a second perforated region. Further the cylindrical section 204(b) is enclosed in the annular region 212 and connected to an ammonia inlet feed 206. Further the ammonia inlet feed 206 fills the annular region 212 with dry ammonia gas which further flows into the venturi air-ammonia mixer 200 through the perforated regions thereby enabling uniform mixing of the ammonia gas with air from the air inlet feed 208.
AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICES AND AEROSOL-GENERATING SYSTEMS
An aerosol-generating system includes an aerosol-generating device and at least two consumables. Each consumable includes an aerosol-forming substrate. The aerosol-generating device further includes a device housing comprising at least two receiving chambers, wherein each consumable is accommodated in a separate receiving chamber of the at least two receiving chambers. The aerosol-generating device further includes at least two mouthpieces, wherein each mouthpiece of the at least two mouthpieces is aligned with a separate consumable of the at least two consumables and wherein the aerosol-generating device is configured to isolate airflows through separate, respective mouthpieces of the at least two mouthpieces.
Multifunctional C.SUB.4.F.SUB.7.N/CO.SUB.2 .mixed gas preparation system and preparation method
A multifunctional C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 mixed gas preparation system is disclosed. The C.sub.4F.sub.7N heat exchanger is used to heat and vaporize C.sub.4F.sub.7N input through the C.sub.4F.sub.7N input port; the CO.sub.2 heat exchanger is used to heat and vaporize CO.sub.2 input through the CO.sub.2 input port; the C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 mixing pipeline structure is used to mix the heated C.sub.4F.sub.7N and heated CO.sub.2, and the C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 mixed gas output pipeline structure is used to output the C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 mixed gas. The C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 mixing pipeline structure comprises a C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 dynamic gas preparation pipeline structure and a C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 partial pressure mixing pipeline structure; the C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 partial pressure mixing pipeline structure includes partial pressure mixing tanks for mixing the CO.sub.2 and the heated C.sub.4F.sub.7N of certain pressures; and a plurality of partial pressure mixing tanks are arranged in parallel. A multifunctional C.sub.4F.sub.7N/CO.sub.2 mixed gas preparation method is also disclosed.
VAPOR TRANSFER CARTRIDGE
Systems, methods, and devices are disclosed for manufacturing a vapor transfer cartridge with a constant inner diameter to maximize the area available for fibers required for heating and humidifying a breathing gas. In one aspect, a vapor transfer cartridge includes a center tube extending along a first axis from a first to a second end, having a continuous inner diameter, a first header piece configured as a cap and including a channel about an inner circumference of the header piece coupled to the first end of the center tube, a second header piece coupled to the second end of the center tube, and a plurality of fibers arranged along the axis of the center tube from the first end to the second end. The first header piece further includes a first port, and a baffle.
AN ONSITE SYSTEM FOR PREPARING A FUMIGANT
An onsite system for generating a fumigant for use with foodstuffs comprising: an active fumigant vaporizing station comprising: a first water heater; a heat exchanger connectable to the first water heater to receive heated water therefrom, the heat exchanger being configured to receive, heat and vaporise active liquid fumigant entering into the heat exchanger via a fumigant inlet; and a fumigant outlet connected to the plate heat exchanger for delivering a stream of vaporised fumigant; a liquid diluent vaporizing station comprising: a second water heater; a shell and tube heat exchanger connectable to the second water heater to receive heated water therefrom, the shell and tube heat exchanger being configured to receive, heat and vaporise the liquid diluent entering into the shell and tube heat exchanger via a mixing liquid inlet; and a mixing liquid outlet connected to the shell and tube heat exchanger for delivering the vaporised diluent; and a mixing unit configured to receive and mix the vaporised fumigant from the fumigant outlet and the vaporized diluent liquid from the diluent liquid outlet; mixing of the vaporised fumigant and vaporised mixing liquid to deliver a vaporised fumigant mixture; and a mixing and control means at the mixing unit for mixing the vaporised fumigant and diluent at, or substantially at, a predetermined mixing ratio.
Method And Device For Generating A Continuous Carrier Gas/Vapour Mixture Stream
A method for generating a continuous carrier gas/vapour mixture stream containing a carrier gas, and a vapour of a liquid. The method includes provision of a first metered carrier gas stream, provision of a second metered carrier gas stream, provision of a metered, vapour-saturated carrier gas/vapour mixture stream, mixing of the second stream and the metered stream to provide a first gaseous mixture stream; and provision of a metered liquid stream fed to an evaporation/mixing device for evaporating the liquid and mixing with the first gaseous mixture stream to provide a second gaseous mixture stream.
