Low humidity generator
The embodied invention is a low humidity generator which encapsulates essential piping, pressure regulator, flow regulator, and saturator in a sealed vacuum chamber. Additionally, a Stirling piston type cooler is used to cool the saturator. This eliminates atmospheric water vapor permeation and the need for thermal insulation surrounding the piping and control units. Also, the humidity generator has improved cool down characteristics, improved thermal control, and better maintenance access.
Vapor device for filtering and testing material
A method is disclosed comprising drawing air into a robotic vapor device, exposing the drawn air to a sensor to detect one or more constituents in the drawn air, determining measurement data for the one or more constituents of the drawn air via the sensor, and engaging a filtration component in the robotic vapor device based on the measurement data.
Bladeless bubble fan
A bladeless bubble fan includes a housing defining a plurality of inlets and having enclosed therein an impeller for drawing air through the inlets from an exterior thereof, at least a portion of the housing forming a closed geometrically shaped outer shell and defining an axial passageway therethrough. An inner air guide is received in the housing and coaxial with the closed geometrically shaped outer shell and in combination with the outer shell defines a plenum therebetween in fluidic communication with an output of the impeller and further defines a peripheral outlet of the plenum. A bubble ring is affixed to the inner air guide and coaxial therewith. The bubble ring has a plurality of closely spaced fins extending inwardly toward an axis of the axial passageway.

CONTACT TOWER TRAY AND RELATED METHODS
The present disclosure includes a mixing device for use in a contact tower. The mixing device can include a first tray defining multiple first openings and multiple mixers coupled to the first tray. Each mixer can include a first portion having a first sidewall and a second portion extending from the first portion, the second portion having a second sidewall. The first sidewall can define an inlet in communication with one of the first openings, an outlet, a convergent channel extending between the inlet and the outlet of the first sidewall, and an injection port extending through the first sidewall and positioned between the inlet and outlet of the first sidewall. The second sidewall can define an inlet in communication with the outlet of the first sidewall, an outlet, and a divergent channel extending between the inlet and the outlet of the second sidewall.
System and method for process gas recapture for emission recovery
A system and method recover process gas from a source volume at a source pressure to a destination volume at an equal or greater pressure. A regulation process receive the process gas from the source volume and steps down the pressure. Each regulation uses one or more stage each using a pressure control valve for pressure step down and a heat exchanger for reheating the process gas thereafter. A gas scrubber receives the process gas from the regulation stages and collecting liquid from the process gas. A compression process receives the process gas from the gas scrubber and steps up the intermediate pressure to a final pressure. The compression can use one or more compression stages, each having a compression cycle for pressure step up and a heat exchanger for cooling the process gas thereafter. A discharge vessel receives the process gas from the compression process and discharges the process gas at the final pressure to the destination volume. The final pressure is equal to or greater than the destination pressure.
