A delivery system is provided that includes a device having a body extending along a longitudinal axis between proximal and distal ends. The body includes a proximal chamber, a distal chamber and a wall between the chambers. The body includes a first port in communication with the proximal chamber and a second port in communication with the distal chamber. A shaft is movably positioned within the body. The shaft extends through the wall and includes a proximal plunger positioned within the proximal chamber and a distal plunger positioned within the distal chamber. Pressure introduced through an opening in the proximal end moves the shaft such that the proximal plunger moves a fluid within the proximal chamber out of the first port and the distal plunger moves a fluid within the distal chamber out of the second port to simultaneously actuate a bone filler dispenser. Systems and methods are also provided.

MATERIAL MIXTURE SYSTEM WITH BUFFER STORE
20210187458 · 2021-06-24 ·

A system for mixing two or a plurality of material components, for example for applying onto electronic circuit boards, having a pressure-regulated buffer store downstream of the mixing unit so that a mixing material is pressurized regardless of the quantity contained in the buffer store, even if the inflow and outflow in the buffer store change dynamically.

On-board mixing system for firefighting chemicals

A system for mixing fire-suppressant gel with water on board an aircraft includes a gel reservoir mounted in the aircraft, a pump for injecting gel into a flow of water into an aircraft-mounted payload tank, and a control system for controlling gel-water mix ratios. The control system monitors water volume flowing into the water tank, and regulates the gel pump to inject gel in appropriate amounts to produce gel-water emulsions having precise gel-water ratios. Settings for the control system are set by the pilot before water flow water is initiated. Once the aircraft is in flight, the gel-water mixing process is automatically controlled through a trigger on the pilot's control stick. The aircraft may be a helicopter or fixed-wing aircraft adapted to load water from a lake or other source while in flight, or a fixed-wing aircraft adapted to load water on land from a pressurized water source.

Shape Dependent alphabets are error prone and quite imposing on their reader. Proposing “Shapeless”—an alphabet based on the entropic state of a mixture—offering easy, redundant reading. Applications include marking packages for shipping and industrial handling, signing items to hinder fraud, offering alternative communication channels, and analyzing video streams for changes of interest.

MIXER

The present disclosure relates to a mixer for mixing pasty components, comprising a mixing case extending along a longitudinal axis and having at least one inlet, preferably two inlets, and an outlet, and comprising at least one mixing element received in the mixing case, which defines a plurality of chambers together with the mixing case, said chambers being arranged successively and/or adjacently along a flow path from the inlets to the outlet. The chambers are defined by transverse walls, each extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis, and four side walls that each extend parallel to the longitudinal axis, and adjacent chambers are interconnected by a flow by means of through-openings provided in the side walls, the mixing element comprising two strips forming side walls, which are connected by a web that forms other side walls and is perpendicularly arranged in relation to the strips, a first group of chambers having first through-openings arranged in the web, which extend up to a strip, and a second group of chambers comprising second through-openings positioned at a distance to at least one strip in the web.

Method for compounding and applying adhesives

The invention relates to continuous methods for compounding and applying adhesives, characterized in that (i) a base component of the adhesive is mixed continuously with at least one aggregate so as to produce a compounded adhesive; and (ii) the adhesive compounded in this manner is applied to a substrate. The invention also relates to such methods where a device as described here is used to carry out the method.

ROTARY MIXER IN TWO-LIQUID MIXTURE INJECTION MACHINE

Planetary gear mechanisms require internal toothed gears in housings.

A drive rotor and driven rotors are accommodated in a mixing space in a housing, and chemical inflow paths to the mixing space are formed in an upper portion of the housing. A mixture outflow path is formed in a lower portion of the housing. The mixing space is formed to allow the drive rotor and the driven rotors to rotate and to regulate the positions of the drive rotor and the driven rotors. Meshing the drive rotor with the driven rotors allows the driven rotors to rotate opposite to the rotating direction of the drive rotor accompanying the rotation of the drive rotor while the lower ends of the driven rotors are located above a bottom portion of the mixing space and the upper ends of the driven rotors are located below the lower surface of the lid body.
