20250326620 · 2025-10-23 ·

A portable container filling system for filling bottles or cans with a fluid may include a first container housing a first plurality of equipment for depalletizing and filling containers with the fluid, and a second container housing a second plurality of equipment for packaging and palletizing filled containers. At least one piece of equipment from among the first plurality of equipment or the second plurality of equipment may be configured to be movable between a transportation configuration and an operative configuration. Movement of at least one piece of equipment may not require removal of equipment from the first container or the second container. A clean room environment may be established within at least one of the containers by creating positive air pressure with filtered air surrounding a portion of the containerization equipment. A chiller system housed within the containers may cool a fluid product before filling.

Aspects and embodiments of the invention provide methods and systems of infusing liquid into gas. One method according to an aspect of the invention comprises: filling a chamber having a fixed volume with a first gas content at a first pressure: subjecting the gas content to a high-pressure injection of liquid content into the chamber at a second pressure, wherein, the second pressure is higher than a predetermined pressure saturation requirement of the liquid content. One system according to an aspect of the invention comprises: a cylinder (200) comprising at least one chamber of fixed internal volume and having a first end (200a) and a second end (200b); a floating piston (202) arranged within the internal volume of the chamber; a first gas input port that is selectively connected to the first end of the chamber; a second gas input port that is selectively connected to the second end of the chamber; a first liquid input port that is selectively connected to the first end of the chamber; a second liquid input port that is selectively connected to the second end of the chamber; a first exhaust port that is selectively connected to the first end of the chamber; and a second exhaust port that is selectively connected to the second end of the chamber.

Method and system for mixing catalyst precursor into heavy oil using a high boiling hydrocarbon diluent

System and method for mixing a catalyst precursor into heavy oil using a high boiling hydrocarbon diluent to form a diluted precursor mixture, which is mixed with the heavy oil feedstock to form a conditioned feedstock, which is subsequently heated to decompose the precursor and form dispersed metal sulfide catalyst particles in situ. Because the high boiling hydrocarbon diluent is typically at a temperature above the decomposition temperature of the catalyst precursor, it is first feed through a cooler to reduce its temperature to avoid premature decomposition of the catalyst precursor. The high boiling hydrocarbon diluent may include a portion of the heavy oil feedstock, a portion of the conditioned feedstock, a vacuum tower bottoms product, or other high boiling hydrocarbon material having a boiling point higher than 524 C. A portion of the diluent may optionally include a medium boiling hydrocarbon material having a boiling point less than 524 C.
