A medical mattress for temporarily receiving a bed pan for use by a patient, comprising a mattress body of hospital grade mattress foam having a mattress cavity therein. Removable interior and exterior mattress inserts fit in the mattress cavity. The interior insert can be replaced by a bed pan. Hand grips on the interior and exterior inserts assist with removal and replacement of the inserts. Interlock fasteners are provided for temporarily securing the interior and exterior inserts in the mattress cavity for support of the patient. Methods of using and making the mattress are provided.

CARE BED COMBINING WHEELCHAIR
The invention discloses a care bed including a bed frame and a wheelchair. A head panel, a tail panel, a foldable first lateral connecting portion and a second lateral connecting portion of the bed frame constitute an accommodating space of the bed frame. The bed frame has a notch formed at the folded first lateral connecting portion. The wheelchair is moved by the carriage base into the accommodating space through the notch. The backrest, the first armrest, the second armrest, the leg-rest and the footrest of the wheelchair are regulated into a co-plane with the seat to constitute a mattress. The mattress fits the accommodating space of the bed frame.

A bathtub chair for transferring a user between a bathtub and/or toilet is disclosed. The bathtub chair includes rail frames and leg frames. The leg frames include first connecting members connecting the rail frames. The leg frames have a height adjusting mechanism. The bathtub chair includes a seat assembly connected to the rail frames. The seat assembly includes a seat. The seat receives the user and is capable of swivelling. Further, the seat assembly slides along the rail frames. The seat assembly includes side latches. One of the side latches connects to the first connecting members when the seat assembly slides towards a leg frame of the leg frames. The bathtub chair further includes a handlebar having second connecting members. The handlebar mounts to the rail frames in between a leg frame and one distal end of the rail frames.

A movable sanitary station for use with a hospital bed includes a cabinet with a front side, a back side, a right side, a left side, a bottom and a top. The back side of the cabinet has a concave shape forming a semi-cylindrical cavity having an axis extending laterally along the back side of the cabinet, permitting a mattress of the bed to protrude forward into the semi-cylindrical cavity. The top extends over the mattress of the bed to cover a gap between a foot of the mattress and the back side of the cabinet. The movable sanitary station also includes a set of wheels for supporting and moving the cabinet and a toilet seat integrated in a central portion of the top of the cabinet and surrounding a first aperture formed through the top of the cabinet.
