MOBILE CEMENT MIXING AND DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR DOWNHOLE WELLS
An all-in-one mobile wellsite service unit for providing equipment and services at an oil and gas well related to well abandonment is provided. The mobile unit comprises a water storage tank, at least one cement mixing barrel for mixing a cement slurry, a progressive cavity pump for pumping the cement slurry, and a hydraulic hose for connecting to a hydraulic power source to provide power to the cement mixing barrel and the progressive cavity pump. The mobile unit may also contain downhole tools needed for well abandonment, including a well cleaning tool, a cementing tool, a hydraulic packer, and more.
Micro-pipette tip for forming micro-droplets
A micro-droplet-emulsifier to generate a micro-droplet-emulsion for application on digital polymerase chain reaction is provided. This device includes a micropipette to hold a dispersed-phase-liquid; a droplet generator that attaches to the micro-pipette and has a plurality of substantially flat micro-channels. The dispersed-phase-liquid is forced through the micro-channels to form micro-droplet-emulsion of dispersed-liquid-phase in the continuous-liquid-phase inside the chamber. The size of the micro-droplets is controlled by the shape and the aspect ratio of the micro-channels, the depth of the micro-channels and the material of the micro-droplet-generator-head that dictates the contact angle of the droplet on the micro-channels.
Single double level swivel platform plates nozzle and pressurized convolution form method to process convergent stress energy flow in cylindrical container unit
A hand-actuated container used for mixing liquids contains a compression platform with release holes and walls with convolution areas. The convolution areas are convoluted when the container is in a state of compression. These features form a compressible cavity body that, when filled with liquid and compressed, push liquid at high pressure through a nozzle into a liquid reservoir. Vacuum backflow occurs through the release holes and the nozzle as the compressible cavity body returns to its original shape. In some embodiments, a double level platform allows a user to dial in the amount of backflow through the release holes.
SPRAYER FILTERING SYSTEM
In one embodiment, a method, comprising influencing fluid flow from a tank to one or more nozzles via a filtering apparatus; and diverting a portion of the fluid flow through plural filters of a different mesh size back to an agitating mechanism through a lower portion of the tank.
Control system for optimizing mixing and energy usage for mixing systems
A method and system for treating wastewater is disclosed. In one example the method comprises activating a mixing system that imparts a motive force on wastewater in a vessel, measuring at least one property of a first portion of the wastewater at a first time, measuring the at least one property of a second portion of the wastewater at a second time subsequent to the first time, calculating a difference between the at least one property measured at the first time and the at least one property measured at the second time, performing a determination of whether the difference is within a predetermined allowable range of differences, and responsive to a result of the determination, controlling a component of the mixing system.
Method and apparatus for anaerobic sludge digestion mixing and heat exchange
The embodiments herein disclose a method and apparatus for mixing sludge retained in a digester. A jet nozzle assembly for mixing contents of a vessel is used. The jet nozzle assembly having a central outlet pipe terminating at a jet nozzle, a low pressure nozzle assembly disposed concentrically about the central outlet pipe, the low pressure low pressure nozzle having a plurality of openings disposed circumferentially about the low pressure nozzle assembly. The plurality of openings are an axial distance from the outlet jet nozzle.
DEVICE FOR MIXING AND SUPPLYING LIQUID
The present invention: continuously measures pressure in real time by means of pressure detection sensors inside a vessel and inside chemical piping and quickly discharges air when abnormal pressure is generated, so as to stably supply a crude liquid through a fixed pressure-maintaining liquid supply part; checks a standard concentration after the crude liquid is mixed so as to re-transfer the mixed liquid to a mixing tank unit when the concentration thereof does not reach the reference concentration, thereby spraying the mixed liquid through a jet nozzle member; and shortens the mixing time of primarily mixed liquid so as to enable the mixed liquid to be mass-produced and a stable quality thereof to be ensured.
Liquid discharge head, liquid discharge device, dispensing device, and liquid discharge method
Liquid discharge head comprising: liquid discharge unit, which includes discharge port, liquid retaining section configured to retain liquid to be discharged from the discharge port, and displacement section configured to discharge the liquid retained within the liquid retaining section from the discharge port; a pair of liquid storage sections, which are configured to store the liquid and are each connected to the liquid retaining section in the liquid discharge unit so that the liquid can flow; a pair of liquid feeding sections that are connected to the pair of liquid storage sections and are configured to feed the liquid between the liquid storage section and the liquid retaining section; and a pair of open and close sections that are each disposed at flow path between the liquid feeding section and the liquid storage section and are configured to open and close the flow path.
SPRAYER FILTERING SYSTEM
A filtering apparatus is configured to receive pressurized fluid from a pump. The filtering apparatus has a main inlet, a main outlet, and a filtering branch comprising a first filter. An agitator of a tank from which the pump draws is configured to receive fluid flow from the filtering branch via a proportional valve and an inlet connection. A method of operating a filtering system includes influencing fluid flow from a tank to one or more nozzles via a filtering apparatus; and diverting a portion of the fluid flow through plural filters of a different mesh size back to an agitating mechanism through a lower portion of the tank.
MULTILOBULAR SUPERSONIC GAS NOZZLES FOR LIQUID SPARGING
What is presented is a system and method for bubble creation in a fluid injection nozzle for the injection of a gas into a liquid to divide the gas into the smallest possible bubble size with the largest cumulative surface area by maximizing the percentage of gas at the highest possible kinetic energy that is in contact with the liquid. The fluid injection nozzle comprises a convergent inlet for receiving a fluid and a divergent outlet for exhausting the fluid. The divergent outlet has multiple exhaust ports.
