Multi-channel, variable-flow mixers and related methods
The present disclosure includes mixing apparatuses comprising a first conduit defining an inlet channel, a second conduit defining an outlet channel, and an injection assembly that is disposed between the first and second conduits. The injection assembly can comprise two or more mixers, each having a reducer conduit that defines a mixing channel and an expander conduit that defines an expanding channel. The injection assembly can also comprise a first injection conduit configured to inject fluid into the mixing channel. At least one of the mixers can comprise a shut-off valve movable from an open position to a closed position in which the shut-off valve prevents fluid from flowing from the mixer to the second conduit. Closing the shut-off valve can increase the fluid flow rate in at least one other of the mixing channels.
FRACTURING FLUID MIXING EQUIPMENT
The present disclosure provides a fracturing fluid mixing equipment including a clear water supply system, at least two mixing systems, at least one powder tank, at least two powder conveying systems, a mixing tank, a feeding system and a power system. The clear water supply system has two parallel water supply paths which are connected to the mixing system and the mixing tank respectively. The powder conveying system is connected to the powder tank. There are same number of powder conveying systems and mixing systems which are connected in one-to-one correspondence. The mixing system is connected into the mixing tank. The feeding system adds powder by pneumatic conveying. The power system provides driving force by pure electric power and/or electro-hydraulic power. According to present disclosure, the power system can reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emissions. The feeding system can be compatible with various adding conditions of powders in different packaging, which can reduce the possibility of dust pollution, thereby reducing labor costs and occupational injuries and being more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Closed Concentrated Dry Dispersion System and Method
A closed concentrated dry chemical dispersion system including a closed ingredient container having a volume of dry ingredient therein. The system provides a fluid container and a mixing chamber in which the dry ingredient and fluid can be mixed to form a formulation for delivery to a device such as agrochemical dispensing equipment. The system minimizes worker exposure to the chemicals and enables lower packaging and transportation costs.
Temperature conditioned two component mixer manifold
A system that provides for simultaneous thermal regulation of both components of a two-component system, while maintaining their separation prior to introduction into a conventional static mixer element, in order to assure that the mixed fluid, when dispensed, is at the optimal temperature and viscosity. The thermal capacity can be adjusted by altering the configuration to increase or decrease the thermal transfer area as required for each specific application.
GAS SOLUTION MANUFACTURING DEVICE
A gas solution manufacturing device 1 includes a gas supply line 2 configured to supply a gas as a raw material of a gas solution, a liquid supply line 3 configured to supply a liquid as a raw material of the gas solution, a gas solution production unit 4 configured to mix the gas and the liquid together to produce the gas solution, a gas-liquid separation unit 5 configured to perform gas-liquid separation of the produced gas solution into a supplied liquid to be supplied to a use point and a discharged gas to be discharged through an exhaust port, and a gas dissolving unit 6 provided in the liquid supply line 4 and configured to dissolve the discharged gas resulting from the gas-liquid separation in the liquid. The gas dissolving unit 6 is configured with a hollow fiber membrane configured with a gas permeable membrane.
On-demand in-line-blending and supply of chemicals
This in-line active and reverse calculating mass balance blending system can maintain a chemical at desired control points, such as with respect to concentration, temperature, and/or pressure, while the output flow rate is changing dynamically to a point of use. A blending unit is configured to receive and blend at least two species and deliver a mixture at selected concentrations to points of use. A controller can be configured to determine a mass balance to maintain the concentrations in the mixture using information from metrology systems and a flow in an output to the at least one point of use. The controller also can be configured to maintain a concentration in the mixture within a concentration range by controlling flow rates to the blending unit.
MIXER FOR NOx SENSOR
A vehicle exhaust system includes an exhaust gas aftertreatment component and an exhaust duct positioned downstream of the exhaust gas aftertreatment component. The exhaust duct defines an internal cavity and a mixer is positioned within the internal cavity. A sensor is configured to sample exhaust gas downstream of the mixer.
System for Preparing Solutions for Chromatography
A system for preparing solutions for chromatography application is disclosed. The system comprises a T-joint for preparing a buffer solution by mixing at least one first solution and a second solution. The T-joint receives the second solution from a solution supply unit connected to the T-joint. Further one or more low pressure pumps supply the one or more first solutions into the T-joint. The high pressure pump collects the buffer solution and delivers it to a chromatography apparatus.
Closed concentrated dry chemical dispersion system and method
A closed concentrated dry chemical dispersion system including a closed ingredient container having a volume of dry ingredient therein. The system provides a fluid container and a mixing chamber in which the dry ingredient and fluid can be mixed to form a formulation for delivery to a device such as agrochemical dispensing equipment. The system minimizes worker exposure to the chemicals and enables lower packaging and transportation costs.
DOSING METHOD AND ASSOCIATED FACILITY
A method for dosing an injection product into a base product, in particular, for the production of a finishing and/or protective paint product, including the following steps: (a) supply of a mixing device, (b) establishment of a continuous flow of base product, (c) injection of the injection product into the continuous flow for a given time, (d) measurement of the amount of injection product injected, (e) calculation of a desired amount of base product based on the amount of injection product injected, steps (c), (d) and (e) being repeated when the amount of base product having passed since the start of step (c) is equal to the amount of base product desired, the injection product being injected into the base product only during step (c).
