Planter with elevated internal portion and water preservation features
A planter includes an interior surface and a riser extending from a bottom of the interior surface and including a space between the riser and lateral walls of the planter. The riser includes an open-top recess formed in a top portion of the riser. A plate including a protrusion extending from a bottom side of the plate and forming an open-top reservoir on a top side of the protrusion. The protrusion is configured to be coupled with the recess to secure the plate to the riser.
Scalable and re-configurable system for indoor growing
The present invention is a scalable and re-configurable system for indoor growing. The scalable and re-configurable system for indoor growing is comprised of a plurality of growing sleds, in which each growing sled has a plurality of plant stations. Plants are grown in receptacles on each plant station. The plant station is rotated by a drive system. Each plant station provides irrigation. Each plant station has a forced frame connected to the top of a plant support assembly. A forced frame is used to confine each plant to a known foot-print. This is necessary in indoor growing in order to make the production uniform and efficient.
Vertical hydroponic plant production apparatus
A growing medium for a plant production apparatus utilized in greenhouse crop production is provided. The growing medium comprises a fibrous, non-woven matrix media material wherein the media material is constructed from a plastic material.
Hydroponic growing system
The hydroponic growing system may include a gutter assembly configured to manage flow of a liquid solution to one or more components of the hydroponic growing system. Further, the hydroponic growing system may include at least one growing trough movably engaged to the gutter assembly and configured to hold one or more plants. Moreover, the hydroponic growing system may include an automation assembly movably engaged with the at least one growing trough and configured to move the at least one trough from a first position on the gutter assembly to a second position on the gutter assembly via one or more engagement devices.
Two-stage aeroponic growing system and method
A two-stage aeroponic growing system and method provides a cylindrical container and a sloped container that independently, or in conjunction, work to expose vegetation to nutrients, liquids, and light in two successive stages. A substrate, such as a Grodan plug, initiates growth of the vegetation. The cylindrical and sloped containers provide a surface for the roots and fibers of the substrate to engage, and also have various apertures on all surfaces that enable 360 exposure to nutrients, liquids, and light. In the second stage of growth, the substrate snugly positions inside the cylindrical container. The sloped container snugly retains the cylindrical container. The sloped container has a sloped lid of about 6 that creates greater space for retaining multiple cylindrical containers. Drain holes and spray nozzles help control moisture exposure in the sloped container to create a controlled environment for the second stage growth of the vegetation.
Planter pot drain tray including an elevated central pedestal, an oblique liquid drain away, and support members
Embodiments include a planter pot drain tray having an elevated central pedestal member and an oblique liquid drain away member surrounding the elevated central pedestal member. The oblique liquid drain away member includes a high point at a first end of the planter pot drain tray and a low point at a second end of the planter pot drain tray. The planter pot drain tray includes a flanged outer rim coupled to an outer edge of the oblique liquid drain away member, and a drain spout member coupled to the flanged outer rim at the low point of the oblique liquid drain away member. The elevated central pedestal member, the oblique liquid drain away member, and the drain well permit the water runoff to be completely drained through the drain spout member. Multiple planter pot drain tray can be daisy-chained together.

SYSTEM FOR CULTIVATING PLANTS OR VEGETABLES
A system for cultivating plants or vegetables, includes a carrier for holding trays accommodating the plants or vegetables, the carrier having an interior formed by a bottom and raised edges extending circumferentially along the bottom to form a container for holding a liquid for cultivating plants or vegetables, and an opening arranged at the bottom; a frame to support the carrier; a supply duct for supplying the liquid towards the carrier, the supply duct arranged at least partly under the carrier; a sprayer device which is at one end fluidly connected to the supply duct and which is at the other provided with a nozzle to direct a flow of liquid to the interior of the carrier; wherein the sprayer device is arranged through the opening of the carrier, the nozzle protruding into the interior of the carrier when the carrier is positioned on the frame.
Collapsible Planting Pot
A collapsible planting pot allows a user to easily and conveniently access and/or remove contents placed inside a planting pot. In further detail, a user does not need to destroy or damage the planting pot to fully access and/or remove the soil and plant substance placed inside a planting pot. The collapsible planting pot comprises a pot body. The pot body is a pot-shaped structure that is used to store soil and a plant substance. The pot body comprises a brim, a series of annular pleats, and a base. The brim is the protective edge of the pot body. The base is the structural foundation of the pot body. The series of annular pleats is a set of foldable sections of the pot body which enables the collapsibility of the collapsible planting pot which further allows a user to easily access and/or remove the contents inside the pot body.
Hydroponic Tower Compatible Gutter Assembly
A gutter assembly is provided that is configured to collect water passing through a plurality of vertical hydroponic towers, the assembly minimizing leakage while simplifying gutter maintenance. The gutter assembly includes a gutter pipe from which an upper portion has been removed to form a pair of mounting ledges. The gutter assembly also includes a gutter cap that is attached to the gutter pipe via the mounting ledges using a snap fit system.
