Pot assembly with a saucer
A pot with a base is pivotally connected to, and supported upon a saucer. A cam surface is provided between the saucer and the pot so that rotation of the pot in a first rotary direction relative to the saucer extends the pot from the saucer, and rotation of the pot in a second rotary direction relative to the saucer retracts the pot to the saucer.

SPACING AND/OR VENTILATION CONDITIONS IN THE CULTIVATION ENVIRONMENT OF PLANTS
A method of increasing interspace among plant containers. The method comprises: providing a set of plant containers, the set comprising first and second plant containers; arranging the first plant containers in a first structured grid formation along a horizontal plane; and arranging the second plant containers in a second structured grid formation along said horizontal plane, whereby when viewed from above the first and second plant containers are alternatingly arranged in a joint structured grid formation in a first area. The method comprises, for increasing the interspace among the plant containers, mutually simultaneously moving the second plant containers in their second grid formation away from the first plant containers in a vertical direction and subsequently placing the second plant containers in a second area.
DRAINAGE DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR PLANT POTS
A drainage device, system and arrangement for a plant pot, including: (a) a tray adapted to receive drainage fluid from the plant pot; (b) a cover for the drainage tray, the cover being permeable and adapted for a base of the plant pot to stand thereon, further adapted for the drainage fluid from the plant pot to pass there-through, into the tray; (c) an outlet port disposed in a sidewall of the tray; and (d) a drainage tube connected to the outlet port, the drainage tube adapted to provide a conduit for conveying the drainage fluid out of the tray.

Automated vertical plant cultivation system
An automated plant cultivation system is provided having multi-tiered vertically arranged horizontal magazine structures each employing seed or plant capsules with a fluid circulation and illumination and communication network controlled by an on-board processor. Particularly, the system includes a magazine structure having seed/plant capsules within seed/plant reservoirs alternately arranged between at least one of a light source substantially concealed from direct viewing. A fluid channel extends across a long axis of the magazine structure, wherein the magazine structure is adapted for use of seed/plant capsules with nutrient composite plant growth cultivation, hydroponic plant growth cultivation, aeroponic plant growth cultivation methods or combinations thereof.
Plant container and tray system
There is provided by the present invention planting containers and associated trays for the production, distribution and display of plants where the planting containers have a channel in the base for engaging with a production or display tray for positioning plant pots in a desired orientation. In one embodiment, the plant container is a flower pot which comprises an upper part; a middle part connected at one end to the upper part; and a bottom part connected to an opposite end of the middle part; the bottom part having a channel extending from one side of the bottom part to the other side of the bottom part; said channel having an apex perpendicular to an axis of the pot, first and second sides, and a plurality of slots at the apex for engaging with a rail system on the tray having teeth.
PLANT GROW TRAY SYSTEM
A plant grow tray system comprising a plurality of trays comprising at least one upper tray and at least one bottom tray is provided. The upper tray has a corrugated profile with crest and trough portions, air holes on the corrugated surface, a drain basin, drain flange, and drainpipe. The bottom tray has an air-flow modifier, air flange, and a drain hole. The system is designed to allow air to be ducted or exhausted from the space between the upper tray and the bottom dray enabling the delivery of conditioned, fresh, or recirculated air directly to a plant.
Planter
In one or more implementations, an improved planter and associated base are provided. In one particular implementation, a planter portion is configured to receive a planting medium and one or more plants for implantation into the planting medium, the planter portion having a base, two opposing first sidewalls having a first length and two opposing second sidewalls having a second length, wherein the first and second side walls are joined to the base portion; the base portion and the first side walls having a plurality of passages therethrough, a rim connected to the first and second side walls by a shoulder; and a receiver portion configured to receive the planter portion, the receiver portion having a bottom portion configured with at least one depression disposed therein, a first opposing pair of receiver side walls and a second opposing pair of receiver side walls, the first and second receiver pairs each joined to the bottom portion, a receiver rim connected to the first and second receiver pairs, wherein the first receiver side walls have substantially the same length as the first opposing side walls of the planter portion and the second receiver sidewalls have a length that is greater than the second side walls of the planter portion; wherein upon receiving the planter portion in the receiver portion, the rim of the planter portion lays substantially atop the rim of the base portion and the base of the planter portion lays substantially atop the base of the receiver portion.
