Agitator device and method
An agitator device is provided having at least one carrier unit, which has at least one connection element for a connection to a drive shaft and at least one beam element for the fastening of at least one agitator blade. The beam element and the connection element may be connected to one another in a one-part implementation.
GAS INJECTION FOR DE-AGGLOMERATION IN PARTICLE COATING REACTOR
A method of coating particles includes dispensing particles into a vacuum chamber to form a particle bed in at least a lower portion of the chamber that forms a half-cylinder, evacuating the chamber through a vacuum port in an upper portion of the chamber, rotating a paddle assembly such that a plurality of paddles orbit a drive shaft to stir the particles in the particle bed, injecting a reactant or precursor gas through a plurality of channels into the lower portion of the chamber as the paddle assembly rotates to coat the particles, and injecting the reactant or precursor gas or a purge gas through the plurality of channels at a sufficiently high velocity such that the reactant or precursor a purge gas de-agglomerates particles in the particle bed.
STIRRER DRIVE SHAFT WITH VENTILATION
A stirrer shaft for a microwave oven includes a shaft body configured to connect between a stirrer motor on a first end of the shaft body, and a set of stirrer blades spaced apart from the stirrer motor. The stirrer body includes a flow passage therethrough for equalizing pressure in a sealed stirrer cavity of the microwave oven.
Agitator impeller
An agitator for being disposed in a container and rotated to agitate fluid in the container includes a shaft and an impeller attached thereto. The shaft, being supported relative to the container, provides an input for attachment of a rotation mechanism for causing rotation of the impeller and shaft. The impeller includes an impeller body defined by a hub portion for receiving and being mounted to the shaft, and a plurality of blades extending radially outwardly from a longitudinal axis of the hub portion. The impeller body is a single piece of unitary construction, such as where the plurality of blades are formed in a manner that the blades are integral with the hub portion at the formation of the blades.
MIXING APPARATUS
A mixer is provided having two tines. These tines have a bulbous configuration and can be traversed between an outward biased position and a compressed inward position. The tines are bendable. When distal ends of the tines are pushed against an inner surface of the container, the tines criss cross so that the distal end portions of the tines rub or scrape the bottom surface of the container.
Mixing device, in particular bulk material mixing device
A mixing device, in particular bulk material mixing device, with at least one mixing container comprises a receiving region for receiving a material to be mixed, with at least one mixing unit which is configured for mixing the material to be mixed that is present in the mixing container, and with at least one lump breaker unit comprising at least one cutter element which protrudes into the mixing container, wherein the at least one lump breaker unit is arranged in a frontal region of the mixing container.
Micro puree machine
A blade assembly for a micro puree machine including a central support hub, a cutting blade, a mixing blade, a central opening, an angled ledge and an undercut. The cutting blade extends outward from a circumferential surface of the central support hub and defines a curved leading edge. The central opening is configured to receive a power shaft therein. The angled ledge is located at an upper end of the central support hub and extends about at least a portion of an outer perimeter of the central support hub. The undercut is located on the outer perimeter of the central support hub and is positioned closer to a lower end of the central support hub than the angled ledge. The undercut includes an engagement surface that extends outwards from a central axis of the central support hub and is configured to receive and retain a clip mechanism.
Packaging for natural peanut butter
The invention of the present disclosure is that of functional packaging systems useful for reducing the separation of solid and liquid constituents of its contents. The invention is particularly useful for preventing the undesirable separation of solid and oil phases of food products such as natural peanut butter that is manufactured without the use of undesirable additives such as hydrogenated vegetable oils, lecithin, monoglycerides, diglycerides and other substances that slow separation of the solid and oil phases from one another. In one embodiment, the invention comprises a container with a rotating base which when rotated actuates the agitation of the product contained within, as a result of the concurrent rotation of one or more axes configured with an agitator or equivalent means of stirring or mixing the contents. The invention is further provided with hermetic sealing means and the like to ensure food safety.
MIXING AND/OR SCRAPING ASSEMBLY FOR MIXING APPARATUS FOR FOOD, PHARMACEUTICAL OR COSMETIC PRODUCTS, AND MIXING APPARATUS COMPRISING SUCH AN ASSEMBLY
A mixing and/or scraping assembly mixes apparatus for food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic products, includes a mixing arm assembly and at least one mixing and/or scraping element that is removably connectable to each other. The mixing and/or scraping element is removably couplable with at least a first mixing arm and a second mixing arm by way of first and second anchors. In particular, at least one of the anchors is provided with a releasable clamping mechanism including a hook configured to receive at least a part of the respective mixing arm, and a clamping element movable between a closed position in which it prevents insertion and extraction of the mixing arm into/from the hook, and an open position in which it is suitable for allowing insertion and extraction of the mixing arm into/from the hook.
