Machine for making and dispensing food products including a stirrer with a locking element
A machine for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products, includes: at least one container for containing the product to be processed; and at least one stirrer, mounted inside the container, to rotate about an axis of rotation. The stirrer includes at least: a first protuberance extending along the axis of rotation; a plurality of scraping elements, each provided with a cavity for accommodating the first protuberance; a first locking element, removably associable with the first protuberance and movable between an engaged position, where it is locked to the first protuberance to couple the scraping elements to the first protuberance, and a disengaged position, where it is movable relative to the first protuberance to allow uncoupling the scraping elements.
Micro puree machine
A micro puree machine including a housing, a power shaft, a bowl assembly and a platform. The power shaft extends from the housing. The bowl assembly including at least one locking bowl element. The platform includes at least one complementary locking platform element that is configured to engage the at least one locking bowl element such that rotation of the bowl assembly relative to the platform is prevented at times the bowl assembly is positioned thereon. The platform is rotatable from a first position to a second position relative to the housing such that the platform raises the bowl assembly towards the power shaft during the rotation of the bowl assembly and platform. The raising of the bowl assembly facilitates connection between the power shaft and a blade assembly that is positioned in a lid assembly on the bowl assembly.
IMPELLER SYSTEM FOR USE WITH A BIOREACTOR
The disclosure relates to an impeller system (1) for use with a bioreactor (2), having a drive shaft (3) configured for being rotated in a rotational direction (R) around a longitudinal axis (X) of the drive shaft by a drive motor (4) of the bioreactor; at least two impeller blades (5) connected to the drive shaft, configured for being rotated along with the drive shaft when the drive shaft is rotated, wherein the at least two impeller blades are configured for transitioning from a collapsed state to an un-collapsed state, for performing agitation. At least one of the at least two impeller blades transitions from the collapsed state to the un-collapsed state by rotating along a circumference (6) of the drive shaft due to resistance from a liquid (7) in the bioreactor when agitation is performed.
HYDROLYSIS SYSTEM HAVING A PRESSURE RELIEF DEVICE
A hydrolysis system includes a hydrolysis furnace and a pressure relief device. The hydrolysis furnace has a reaction space therein, and a ventilation hole spatially communicating with the reaction space. The pressure relief device includes a pressure relief tube connected to the hydrolysis furnace, adjacent to the ventilation hole, extending in an up-down direction, and defining a first tube space that spatially communicates with the ventilation hole. The pressure relief device further includes at least one auxiliary tube disposed at an end portion of the pressure relief tube opposite to the hydrolysis furnace in the up-down direction, extending in a left-right direction that is substantially perpendicular to the up-down direction, and defining a second tube space that spatially communicates with the ventilation hole.
DEVICE AND AGITATOR SYSTEM FOR THE MECHANICAL ACTIVATION OF ORGANIC AND/OR INORGANIC SUBSTANCES AND/OR SUBSTANCE MIXTURES IN CHEMICAL, PHARMACEUTICAL, FOOD-RELATED AND/OR BUILDING MATERIAL-RELATED APPLICATIONS
A device for mechanical activation of organic and/or inorganic substances and/or substance mixtures in chemical, pharmaceutical, food-related and/or building material-related applications includes a disk-like agitating body for rotationally fixed mounting on an agitator shaft, and at least one impact unit, which has a head region with an activation surface for cooperation with activation bodies, wherein the at least one impact unit is fastened to the disk-like agitating body radially on the outside with respect to an axis of rotation of the disk-like agitating body. An agitator system with the device is also disclosed.
