A chemical mixer tool for use in a storage drum is described. The chemical mixer tool typically comprises a mixer housing assembly in which one end of a mixer shaft is secured, the distal end of the mixer shaft having at least one collapsible impeller assembly removably attached thereon. The chemical mixer tool is configured to be removably secured to the top portion of the storage drum, with the distal end of the mixing shaft extending into the interior of the storage drum.

A storage drum assembly is described. The storage drum assembly is typically cylindrical, and comprises an outer wall portion, a top portion having a port or ports thereon, and a base having a generally conical sump portion with a frustum base. The storage drum assembly can also include an extended upper chime with a support lip, which enables attachments secured within the port or ports of the storage drum assembly to remain in place and protected from damage when multiple storage drums are stacked when not in use.

A heating and stirring device is described herein that comprises a base configured to removably attach to one of a beverage container and a beverage container lid, the base containing a power supply, a controller, and a motor, and an agitator having a body and a length with a first end portion configured to be supported by the base, and a second end portion, wherein the first terminal end is configured to be outside of the beverage container and the second end portion is configured to be inside of the beverage container. Corresponding systems and methods also are disclosed.

A heating and stirring device is described herein that comprises a base configured to removably attach to one of a beverage container and a beverage container lid, the base containing a power supply, a controller, and a motor, and an agitator having a body and a length with a first end portion configured to be supported by the base, and a second end portion, wherein the first terminal end is configured to be outside of the beverage container and the second end portion is configured to be inside of the beverage container. Corresponding systems and methods also are disclosed.

Methods, apparatus, devices and systems for mixing and dispensing multi-component materials. The mixing and dispensing may be performed using a mobile, enclosed dispenser that can be used to supply a mixed multi-component material at the point of use. In some embodiments, the components to be mixed into the multi-component material may be supplied in cartridges.

A mixing apparatus and system includes a hub, a plurality of blades, and a respective hinge for each blade to pivotally secure each blade to the hub. Each hinge including a lock having a tab and a detent to secure the respective blade in an operating conformation.

A system and method for stirring molten material such as glass are provided. To prevent sagging of a cover of a stirring system, a portion where deformation or sagging may significantly occur is suspended by a suspension system, so that local sagging and deformation of the cover is suppressed. As a result, a crack which may occur in the cover is suppressed, and therefore, contamination of the molten material is likewise suppressed.

The core components in one embodiment are a top portion that contains external threads, a lid portion which contains internal threads, a spindle with an etched self-reversing screw pattern, a hub, one or more stirring blades, and a nut. The stirring blades have one end attached at a hub that is free to rotate on the spindle, the other end is attached to a nut that can travel up and down the self-reversing screw pattern, and the spindle is fixed to the lid portion. The surface area of the stirring blade(s) can be changed to accommodate different thicknesses and viscosities of different fluids and semi-fluids placed in the storage container.

A household mixer appliance having an open top mixing container, a hook and a drive arrangement. The mixing container has a side wall portion with a through hole for the drive arrangement and the hook is arranged to be rotatable around an axis of rotation within the mixing container via the drive arrangement. A seal is arranged between the drive arrangement and the side wall portion of the mixing container, and the drive arrangement includes a quick-release mechanism to which the hook is attachable.
