As a non-limiting example, the portable waste receptacle device or container includes a base, a plurality of sidewalls, and an open upper end defining an internal volume. The plurality of sidewalls extends upwardly from the base. Preferably, a pair of opposing sidewalls of the plurality of sidewalls include curved inlets. As a non-limiting example, the portable stand includes at least one leg support, a vertical support, and at least one securement.
Bedpan assembly with liner attachments
A bedpan assembly with a portable bedpan housing with a sidewall and a bottom wall surrounded by the sidewall, the sidewall and bottom wall defining an enclosed housing interior cavity and the sidewall having a front end, a rear end, opposing sides, and defining a plurality of enclosed sidewall apertures each respectively disposed proximal to the front end of the sidewall and proximal to each of the opposing sides of the sidewall. The bedpan assembly also includes a plurality of grommets each respectively disposed within one of the plurality of sidewall apertures, retained by the sidewall, and having a plurality of independently flexible flange members defining a plurality of tightly spaced flange member slits, the plurality of independently flexible flange members operably configured to independently flex within the one of the plurality of sidewall apertures and retain a liner within.
NURSING MACHINE HOST AND NURSING MACHINE TO WHICH SAME BELONGS
Provided is a main unit of a nursing machine, including a sewage bucket accommodating sewage, a water blocking device, a first water tank, a second water tank, a water pump, a first waterway, a second waterway, and a third waterway. The water blocking device includes a labyrinth-type channel communicating with a water storage cavity and a float accommodation cavity, and multiple division boards extending up and down to perform separation to form the labyrinth-type channel. The labyrinth-type channel is located between the water storage cavity and the float accommodation cavity, and communicates between the water storage cavity and the float accommodation cavity. The second water tank is provided with a first water inlet and a first water outlet. The water pump joins the third waterway.
PRESSURE ULCER PREVENTION
Methods and systems for bedsore prevention. In accordance with various embodiments, methods and systems use information available from ECG and/or EMG sensor devices to determine whether a patient has performed a qualified movement within a predetermined time period. Upon determining a patient has not performed a qualified movement within the predetermined time period, a notification to that effect may be communicated to a clinical team member.
RETRACTABLE BED FOR SUBJECTS WITH LIMITED OR NO MOBILITY
The present invention is a bed for in-patients or mobility-limited or non-mobility individuals, consisting of a retractable bed that allows the patient or individual to defecate and urinate without leaving the bed. The bed is divided into two structures and comprises a special mattress, also divided into two sections, two levers located on the side of the bed, a back rest, a soft toilet seat, a plate or support structure, a basin-shaped container, a light bell, two levers on the side of the bed that transmit force and displacement and, when pulled by the patient, cause the two bed structures to separate and they lift the seatback and initiate the entry of the soft, toilet-like seat into the plate or support structure, with the container or basin.
AUTOMATIC EXCRETION DISPOSAL DEVICE AND BUILDING
Provided is an automatic excretion disposal device (1) which is configured to automatically perform an excretion disposal of a person (P) to be cared, the device including: a cup (2) which is attached to a body of the person to be cared to receive excretion; a detection unit (3) which is configured to detect excretion in the cup; a feed water pipe which is configured to decompress cleaning water from a water supply (W) to a predetermined pressure and directly supplies the cleaning water, on the basis of detection result of the detection unit; a suction motor (30) which is configured to suck sewage generated when the body and inside of the cup are cleaned with the cleaning water supplied from the feed water pipe (R1). and to discharge the sewage to outside of the cup; a tank (10) which is configured to temporarily store the drainage sucked by the suction motor; and a drainage pump (20) which is configured to cause the drainage to forcibly flow out to a drainage piping connected to a sewer or a septic tank, while pulverizing solid matters contained in drainage in which the sewage stored in the tank is mixed with the cleaning water directly supplied from the feed water pipe.
Liquid and solid porous-absorbent article
The present invention discloses an absorbent article for attachment to the interior of a child potty/bed pan or to be worn on an user. The absorbent article composes an absorbent core, first absorbent channel layer, intermediate channel layer and top permeable layer composes made up of permeable materials and further includes a material capable of converting a liquid substance to a gel-like substance. Specifically, regions of the absorbent core first absorbent channel layer and intermediate channel layer may include a super absorbent polymer (SAP) material such as hydrogel, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylate absorbents, or a biodegradable material such as a powder corn starch or wheat mixture or a combination of super absorbent polymer (SAP) and a biodegradable material.
Bedpan Cushion Assembly
A bedpan cushion assembly for enhancing comfort of a bedpan includes a plurality of mating members that is each attachable to a top surface of a bedpan. A cushion is provided and the cushion is attachable to each of the mating members such that the cushion is removably attached to the bedpan. The cushion is comprised of a resiliently compressible material to enhance comfort for a user employing the bedpan.
Urine collection device
The present disclosure is related to devices for controlling the flow of urine primarily for bedridden patients while in a hospital setting. A device for protecting a patient from constant exposure to urine which may lead to discomfort, skin irritation, infection and subsequent death. The device is designed to secure the genitalia in a leak proof chamber and draw urine away from the skin.
WASH-DURABLE, FLUID ABSORBENT SUBSTRATE WITH ANTIMICROBIAL PROPERTIES AND/OR IMPROVED WASHABILITY, AND HYGIENE PRODUCT SUCH AS REUSABLE SANITARY NAPKIN
The present invention is directed to a substrate, in particular textile material to which one or more antimicrobial and/or hydrophilic and/or stain release agents are adhered. The agent(s) is/are adhered to the substrate in such a manner that they are not released from the textile even if the textile is wetted or washed, so that the textile is reusable. Washability and/or usability of the textile are improved where one or more hydrophilic and/or stain release agents are adhered to the textile. The substrate can be used, e.g., in a reusable sanitary napkin or other hygiene product. The structure of the hygiene product is disclosed, together with a process of attaching the different layers of the hygiene product together by ultrasonic welding. The invention further relates to a method of finishing a substrate by applying and binding antimicrobial and/or hydrophilic and/or stain release agents to the substrate so that the agents are essentially irreversibly adhered to the finished substrate.
