A mixing device includes a base, shaft, impeller sleeve, and impeller blades. The base can be constructed for releasable attachment to an opening of a container, such as a 55-gallon drum. The shaft extends from the base and is coupled thereto such that rotation can be transmitted to the shaft by way of or through the base. The impeller sleeve is mounted on the shaft and supports the impeller blades. Each impeller blade includes an attachment leg and a stirring leg extending from the attachment leg. The impeller blades are supported so as to transition from a collapsed position with the stirring leg proximal to a central axis of the shaft to an extended position with the stirring leg distal from the central axis when the shaft is rotated. Each impeller blade can be formed of a plastic, such as a glass-filled polypropylene or glass-filled nylon.

Described is a stirrer of a machine for making and dispensing ice cream products, the stirrer rotating about an axis inside a mixing and cooling cylinder and comprising: a body defining a plurality of helical scraping blades extending around the axis and acting on an inside wall of the mixing and cooling cylinder to be scraped; a shaft for rotating the stirrer about the axis of rotation; a plurality of scraping members, each designed to be coupled to a blade and equipped with elastic coupling means for the blade adapted to be elastically deformed in order to allow it to be coupled to the blade.

A fluid mixing system includes a flexible bag having an interior surface bounding a compartment. A retainer is coupled to the flexible bag, the retainer having a retention cavity formed thereon that communicates with the compartment of the flexible bag. An elongated tubular connector has a first end coupled to the flexible bag and an opposing second end projecting into the compartment thereof. An impeller is disposed within flexible bag and is coupled with the tubular connector. A steady support is mounted on the second end of the tubular connector and terminates at a distal nose, the distal nose being freely disposed within the retention cavity of the retainer so that the steady support can rotate within the retention cavity relative to the retainer.
HEAT EXCHANGER SYSTEM WITH FLEXIBLE BAG
A bag assembly for use with a heat exchanger includes a flexible bag having of one or more sheets of polymeric material, the bag having a first end that bounds a first compartment and an opposing second end that bounds a second compartment, a support structure being disposed between the first compartment and the second compartment so that the first compartment is separated and isolated from the second compartment. A first inlet port, a first outlet port, and a first drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the first compartment. A second inlet port, a second outlet port, and a second drain port are coupled with the flexible bag so as to communicate with the second compartment.

A device and apparatus for mixing and dispersing a solid and a liquid are provided. The device includes a powder pulverizing mechanism fixedly connected to a main shaft. The powder pulverizing mechanism is located in a powder feed chamber. The powder feed chamber is provided with a powder feed port. A liquid feed chamber is arranged on an outer side of the powder feed chamber. The liquid feed chamber is provided with a liquid feed port, and the liquid feed chamber is provided therein with a dispersing mechanism fixedly connected to the main shaft. A lower portion of the liquid feed chamber and a lower portion of the powder feed chamber are separately in communication with an upper portion of a mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is provided therein with an impeller fixedly connected to the main shaft.
STIRRING DEVICE FOR STIRRING A BIPHASIC LIQUID
A stirring device for stirring a biphasic fluid has a stirring shaft that can be mounted with a mounting end into a stirring drive. The stirring device also has a first paddle that is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner at or near a stirring end of the stirring shaft that is opposite to the mounting end, and further has a second paddle that is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner at the stirring shaft in between the mounting end and the first paddle. The second paddle is mounted with respect to the stirring shaft in such a manner that it can be displaced in an axial direction along the stirring shaft, which allows for a change of an axial distance between the second paddle and the mounting end of the stirring shaft.
STIRRING DEVICE FOR STIRRING A BIPHASIC LIQUID
A stirring device for stirring a biphasic fluid has a stirring shaft that can be mounted with a mounting end into a stirring drive. The stirring device also has a first paddle that is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner at or near a stirring end of the stirring shaft that is opposite to the mounting end, and further has a second paddle that is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner at the stirring shaft in between the mounting end and the first paddle. The second paddle is mounted with respect to the stirring shaft in such a manner that it can be displaced in an axial direction along the stirring shaft, which allows for a change of an axial distance between the second paddle and the mounting end of the stirring shaft.

A multifunctional food processor is provided comprising a driving device, a stirring container and a blade assembly. The driving device directly or indirectly drives the blade assembly, and the blade assembly is rotatably disposed in the stirring container. The blade assembly comprises a blade shaft capable of receiving at least two layers of stirring blades. At least one of the layers of stirring blades is consisted of a blade carrier and at least two blades, at least one of the blades extending in an angle of 85 to 95 degree with respect to the blade shaft, and at least another one of the blades extending upward in an angle of 0 to 80 degree with respect to the blade shaft. Another one of the layers of stirring blades is consisted of a blade carrier and at least one blade extending in an angle of 85 to 95 degree with respect to the blade shaft.

A tube management system includes an elongated rack extending between a first end and an opposing second end; an elongated first shaft having a first end and an opposing second end, the first shaft being secured to the rack; a securing structure secured to the first shaft; a collapsible bag bounding a chamber; and a tubular member projecting from the collapsible bag, wherein the securing structure at least partially encircles the tubular member.
