The mixer includes a drive shaft rotatable about a main axis of rotation and at least a first mixing element rotatable about a first mixing element axis. The mixer further includes drive means for driving the first mixing element about the first mixing element axis in response to rotation of the drive shaft about the main axis of rotation and at least one injection nozzle for injecting a liquid. A fluid path extends between a liquid inlet and the at least one injection nozzle. The fluid path extends longitudinally through the drive shaft.

SYSTEM FOR APPLYING A BUILDING MATERIAL

A system for applying a building material, including: a first component of the building material, including a first constituent and a second constituent; a second component of the building material; a first mixer for mixing the first constituent and the second constituent; a supply device for supplying the first constituent to the mixer; a movement device for modifying a site of application in a space; and a second mixer for mixing the first component and the second component.

METERING AND MIXING SYSTEM

A metering and mixing system has at least one mixing device, in particular a continuous mixing device, which has at least one mixing container with a receiving region for receiving a mixing product and at least one mixing unit for mixing the mixing product which is in the mixing container, with at least one first metering device which has at least one first metering container having a receiving region for receiving a first mixing product component and at least one conveying unit for conveying the first mixing product component from the first metering container to the mixing container, and with at least one second metering device which has at least one second metering container having a receiving region for receiving a second mixing product component and at least one metering unit.

METHOD FOR THE APPLICATION OF MINERAL BINDER COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING FIBRES

A method for the application of hydrous mineral binder compositions which contain fibres. An aqueous accelerator is mixed with the aqueous binder composition in a mixer shortly before the application. The method is very robust and makes it possible to quickly produce even large moulded bodies having a uniform surface and very good strength development properties.

Method for producing fiber reinforced cementitious slurry using a multi-state continuous mixer

A method in which a stream of dry cementitious powder from a dry powder feeder passes through a dry cementitious powder inlet conduit to feed a first feed section of a fiber-slurry mixer. An aqueous medium stream passes through at least one aqueous medium stream conduit to feed a first mixing section the fiber-slurry mixer. A stream of reinforcing fibers passes from a fiber feeder through a reinforcing fibers stream conduit to feed a second mixing section of the fiber-slurry mixer. The stream of dry cementitious powder, aqueous medium stream, and stream of reinforcing fibers combine in the fiber-slurry mixer to make a stream of fiber-cement mixture which discharges through a discharge conduit at a downstream end of the mixer.

Portable concrete mixer for hydrating and mixing concrete mix containing gravel aggregate in a continuous process

A portable concrete mixer includes a frame, a hopper, coupled to the frame, for receiving therein dry commercially available prepackaged concrete mixes containing gravel aggregates, a chute coupled to the hopper, a water supply system that supplies water to the chute, a motor, and an auger coupled to and rotated by the motor. The auger includes a shaftless helical auger body extending from the hopper into the chute via an aperture in the hopper. The shaftless helical auger body has an interior volume and a plurality of fingers extending from the auger body into the interior volume. The shaftless helical auger body has an uneven pitch such that a second portion of the helical auger body in the chute has a greater pitch than a first portion of the helical auger body in the hopper.
