APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR RECEIVING DISCHARGED URINE
A system suitable for collecting and transporting urine away from the body of a person or animal may include an assembly having a fluid impermeable casing having a fluid reservoir at a first end, a fluid outlet at a second end, and a longitudinally extending fluid impermeable layer coupled to the fluid reservoir and the fluid outlet and defining a longitudinally elongated opening between the reservoir and the outlet. The assembly can further include a fluid permeable support disposed within the casing with a portion extending across the elongated opening, and a fluid permeable membrane disposed on the support and covering at least the portion of the support that extends across the elongated opening, so that the membrane is supported on the support and disposed across the elongated opening. The assembly can further include a tube having a first end disposed in the reservoir and a second, fluid discharge end.
Urinal
A urinal for use by a human patient, and a female patient in particular. The urinal is comprised of a bottom wall, posterior wall, anterior wall, and opposed first and second side walls that enclose a volume for receiving urine. A lower side wall portion of the first side wall may extend laterally outwardly from a lower region of an upper side wall portion of the first side wall, and a lower side wall portion of the second side wall may extend laterally outwardly from a lower region of an upper side wall portion of the second side wall. The lower side walls, anterior wall, and lower portion of a posterior wall define a major portion of the volume of the urinal.
Ergo-male urinal
A urinal includes a body that has a front wall, a rear wall, opposed side walls, a bottom wall and a top wall. The body has a front portion having an opening and has a rear portion. The body has an opening in the front wall portion adapted for entry of a male body portion. The front wall portion has an S-shaped portion forming a ridge extending below said opening. A ledge is formed by part of the S-shaped portion to form a support for the male body portion entered into the opening. The rear portion is higher than the front portion such that the body is tapered in a directon from back to front. The body also tapers in width from back to front, so that it is adapted to fit comfortably between the thighs of a user.
Telescopic urinal holder
The container retention assembly for retaining a urinal at a selected height includes a base that may be positioned on a support surface. The base includes a bottom rod and a top armature that extend upwardly to support a portable urinal. The assembly is adapted to be rolled like a walker or parked adjacent a bed in order for the portable urinal to be supported when not in use.
Flexible pouch having an opening sleeve
The pouch comprises a flexible bag (12) having an opening (12A) with its edge fastened to two opposite walls of a reinforcing sleeve (18) that projects to the outside of the bag. The pouch can adopt a flat configuration in which the walls of the sleeve are situated one against the other, and a utilization configuration in which the walls form a channel that holds the opening open. The first wall (20A) of the sleeve (18) presents a first longitudinal end strip (30A), while the second wall presents a sliding edge (32B) suitable for sliding against the inside face of the first longitudinal strip on the pouch passing from its flat configuration to its utilization configuration.
Multi-Liner Assembly for A Body Liquid Receptacle and A Body Liquid Receptacle Including Same
A multi-liner assembly for lining a body liquid receptacle includes a plurality of lining units superimposed on one another and engageable with the body liquid receptacle to line a cavity formed therein. Each of the plurality of lining units includes an impermeable layer having a top side with an absorbent material superposed thereon. When the multi-liner assembly is engaged with the body liquid receptacle, a topmost one of the plurality of lining units is exposed and is individually removable from the multi-liner assembly to leave a subsequent one of the plurality of lining units exposed. A multi-liner assembly including a rigid support removably engageable with a body liquid receptacle is also provided. When a rigid support is engaged with the body liquid receptacle, the top side of at least one lining unit is exposed and positioned to line a cavity formed in the body liquid receptacle.

Urine collector
A urine collector includes a host, a urine collecting container, and a wearable assembly. The host includes a housing, suction pumps, and an electronic control module. The urine collecting container is detachably mounted on the housing and is communicated with the suction pumps. The wearable assembly includes a wearable piece, suction hoses, and first liquid sensors. The wearable piece includes a cup body and a cup cover, the cup cover is detachably connected to the cup body. The cup cover is connected to the cup body to define an accommodating cavity. The cup cover is an elastic piece and defines a through hole. The first liquid sensors are fixedly disposed on the cup body. The suction hoses are connected to the cup body. The electronic control module is configured to control the suction pumps to work simultaneously when the first liquid sensors sense a liquid.
