A portable fluid collection system may include a fluid collection container, a pump in fluid communication with the fluid collection container, a battery operatively coupled to the pump, and a pack. The pack may be sized and dimensioned to include at least the pump, the battery, and the fluid collection container therein. The pump may be configured to pull a vacuum on an interior region of the fluid collection container effective to draw fluid from a fluid collection device into the fluid collection container.

A female catheter assembly for a discrete and comfortable solution to female urinary incontinence includes a collection unit having a partially cylindrical collection area and an inner band coupled around a perimeter of the collection area. The collection area is configured to cover from above a user's vagina to a user's perineum.
