Stand mixer with bowl lift
A stand mixer includes: a base, the base including a bowl lift framework having first lift features; a support arm attached to the base and extending upwardly therefrom; a head attached to an upper end of the support arm and extending generally horizontally therefrom above the base; and a bowl assembly comprising a bowl and a skirt mounted to the bowl, the skirt including second lift features. The first lift features interact with the second lift features such that, when the bowl assembly is rotated relative to the bowl lift framework, the bowl assembly changes elevation relative to the base between raised and lowered positions.
Stirring tool and stirrer comprising a tool of said type
A stirring tool for a stirrer for stirring a mixture comprises a connecting element for connecting the stirring tool to a stirring drive, drivable about a rotational axis, of the stirrer, a carrier ring, a plurality of stirring spokes disposed between the connecting element and the carrier ring, and at least one stirring boss which projects radially on the carrier ring. Two adjacent stirring spokes are arranged mutually offset in the direction of the rotational axis.
Mixing machine system
A mixing machine includes a head extending over a bowl receiving location, the head including a downwardly extending rotatable output shaft for receiving a mixer tool, the head including a planetary system therewithin for effecting rotation of the rotatable output shaft about its axis and orbiting of the shaft axis about another axis. A motor includes an output operatively connected to drive the planetary system. A control system includes a plurality of sensors, each sensor located for detecting a respective condition of mixing machine, and a diagnostic control operable to (i) track outputs from the plurality of sensors over time, (ii) analyze the tracked outputs and (iii) produce an alert indication based upon the diagnostic control identifying a performance characteristic indicative of a need for service or repair of the mixing machine.
Vessel and mixer
This invention is directed toward a mixing vessel and mixer where the design of the mixer and mixing vessel allow the mixer to reach all the cracks and crevices of the mixing vessel. The mixer also has two opposing openings with mixing vanes that facilitate turbulence and blending through a strong centrifugal flow. The mixer has unbroken or minimally broken surfaces for grinding/shearing lumps into a smooth, lump-free paste.
MEMBER FOR KNEADING DOUGH AND KNEADING DEVICE COMPRISING SUCH A MEMBER
The present invention relates to a kneading member (107) for a device for kneading a dough, comprising: a mounting disc (109); a kneading tool (111) for mixing the ingredients which constitute a dough, comprising: an upper portion (121), extending from said mounting disc, a mid-portion (123), in the extension of said upper portion, anda lower portion (125), in the extension of said mid-portion. The kneading member (107) according to the invention is noteworthy in that the kneading tool (111) consists of a circular helix, the angle of winding of which is non-constant between said upper, mid- and lower portions of the tool (111) and in that the angle of winding of the lower portion (125) is less than that of the mid-portion (123). The invention also relates to a kneading device fitted with such a kneading member.
Micro puree machine
A blade assembly for a micro puree machine including a central support hub, a cutting blade, a mixing blade, a central opening, an angled ledge and an undercut. The cutting blade extends outward from a circumferential surface of the central support hub and defines a curved leading edge. The central opening is configured to receive a power shaft therein. The angled ledge is located at an upper end of the central support hub and extends about at least a portion of an outer perimeter of the central support hub. The undercut is located on the outer perimeter of the central support hub and is positioned closer to a lower end of the central support hub than the angled ledge. The undercut includes an engagement surface that extends outwards from a central axis of the central support hub and is configured to receive and retain a clip mechanism.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTING DEVICE WITH STIRRING MECHANISM
A three-dimensional printing device with a stirring mechanism includes a vessel (1), a molding platform (2), a light source module (3) and a rotary stirring structure (4). The molding platform (2) is elevatably installed above the vessel (1); the light source module (3) is installed under the vessel (1); and the rotary stirring structure (4) includes a magnetic stirrer (41), a magnetic turntable (42) and a driver (43). The magnetic stirrer (41) is placed inside the vessel (1); the magnetic turntable (42) is installed under the vessel (1) and magnetically attracted to the magnetic stirrer (41); the driver (43) drives the magnetic turntable (42) to rotate and move, so as to drive the magnetic stirrer (41) to rotate and move with respect to the vessel (1) and improve the convenience of using the three-dimensional printing device (10).
System for the preparation of a mixture
A mixing system includes a mixing machine and a device for collecting material of the mixture that remains adherent to the implement of the machine, at the end of a mixing step. The collecting device has a collecting surface that is associated to movement means designed to guide the surface in a first direction and a second direction, so that this can pass, as a result of the movement in both directions, from a first condition, where the surface extends at least prevalently in the first direction, to a second condition, where the surface extends at least prevalently in the second direction.
