Mixing bag with integral sparger and sensor receiver
A mixing bag for use in bioprocessing in which a fluid is received and agitated using an internal fluid-agitating element driven by an external motive device is disclosed. The bag may include an integral sparger and sensor receiver. Related methods are also disclosed.
Blending jar with scraper apparatus and methods
A blending apparatus includes a blending jar and a lid. The blending jar has an internal surface defining an internal volume, and a mixing blade positioned within the internal volume. The lid is releasably mounted to the blending jar and includes at least one scraper extending into the internal volume. The at least one scraper is adjacent to the internal surface of the blending jar and is arranged and configured to disrupt rotational flow of food particles within the internal volume and/or scrape food particles from an inner surface of the blending jar.
Mixing apparatus
A mixing apparatus has a mixing container disposed in the upper part of the mixing apparatus, preferably standing on a frame, which is open towards the top. The mixing container includes a single-shaft agitator disposed in the lower part of the mixing apparatus. The agitator has a vertically disposed agitator shaft to which is fastened an agitating tool configured as a rotor body which is disposed in the mixing container just above the container base. The single-shaft agitator is a statorless agitator and the rotor body fastened to the agitator shaft is surrounded by an external free space between the rotor body and the container wall of the mixing container. The agitator shaft is adjustable in its spacing distance from the cylinder axis.
System, container, device, and method for mixing
A system for mixing content of a container comprises a container includes an interior mixing element, an exterior drive system and a mixing device comprising an exterior bearing for coupling the exterior drive system to the interior mixing element of the container. The exterior bearing provides a driven non-rotating, nutating motion that drives the interior mixing element of the container so that it performs a mixing motion inside the container.
BIDIRECTIONAL SIMULTANEOUS ROTARY BLADE BUNDLE FOR MIXER
Provided is a bidirectional simultaneous rotary blade bundle for a mixer, the bidirectional simultaneous rotary blade bundle comprising: a housing (110); a forward rotary shaft (120) installed on the housing (110); a forward rotation blade (K1) provided on the forward rotary shaft (120); a central gear (130) axially installed on the forward rotary shaft (120); horizontal insertion gears (141, 142, and 143) engaged with the central gear (130); a reverse rotor (160), of which inner gear teeth (164) are engaged with and rotate on the outside of the horizontal insertion gears (141, 142, and 143); and a reverse rotation blade (K2) installed on the reverse rotor (160), wherein the horizontal insertion gears (141, 142, and 143) are rotated in the reverse direction according to the forward rotation of the central gear (130) such that the inner gear teeth (164) are rotated in the reverse direction.
Food preparation appliance with a detachable tool
The present disclosure relates to a food preparation appliance comprising a food preparation pot and a rotatable tool for chopping and/or blending a food in the food preparation pot wherein the tool is detachably connected to a shaft, which is at least partially outside the food preparation pot in order to be coupled to a drive for rotation. Further, a locking mechanism is provided for connecting the tool to the shaft in a locked manner. The locking mechanism is arranged in such a way that, during operation, the tool can be driven by the shaft in both rotation directions for chopping and/or blending a food.
HIGH-THROUGHPUT, PRECISE SEMICONDUCTOR SLURRY BLENDING TOOL
A slurry blending tool may include a blending tank to receive and blend one or more materials into a slurry, and at least one inlet pipe connected to the blending tank and to provide the one or more materials to the blending tank. The at least one inlet pipe may vertically enter the blending tank and may not contact the blending tank. The slurry blending tool may include a blending pump partially provided within the blending tank and to blend the one or more materials into the slurry. The slurry blending tool may include an outlet pipe connected to the blending pump and to remove the slurry from the blending tank.
MIXING SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A COSMETIC PRODUCT AND COSMETIC CAPSULE
The invention relates to a mixing system for producing a cosmetic product. The invention also relates to a capsule (7, 8) containing a cosmetic compound. The mixing system allows the production of a cosmetic product from capsules (7, 8) comprising the raw materials required for the composition of such a cosmetic product, that is the cosmetic texturising agent, the cosmetic active substance and, as required, a cosmetic perfume. The invention is applicable in the cosmetic industry.
PORTABLE BLENDER
An assembly for a portable blender. The assembly having a housing that is configured for coupling to a container. The assembly has at least one battery, a motor electrically connected to the battery, a blade coupled to the motor, and a user input device operable to cause power to be sent from the battery to the motor so that the motor rotates the blade. At least a portion of the blade is positioned outside of the housing so that the blade is configured to be positioned in an interior space of the container when the housing is coupled to the container. The assembly may include a plurality of batteries each positioned radially outward from the motor with the batteries positioned circumferentially around the motor. A portable blender including the assembly and a container. The container having a dual-wall, vacuum insulated construction.
Mixing container and method of use
