NEGATIVE-PRESSURE SHIELD DEVICE
The present invention provides a negative-pressure shield device with a simple device structure, which is relatively inexpensive to manufacture, and is extremely effective in preventing infection within an ambulance. The negative-pressure shield device comprises a shield main body that is installed in a patient compartment of an ambulance, includes a ceiling part and a peripheral wall part, and covers at least the head of a patient on a stretcher mounted in the patient compartment, and a connection part which communicates with the interior of the shield main body and connects to a ventilation opening provided in the patient compartment.
INTERVENTIONAL OPERATION ISOLATION TRANSFER CABIN
An interventional operation isolation transfer cabin includes a cabin body, and a lead wire access device and a wire in/out device which two are mounted on the cabin body, the cabin body is provided with a negative pressure generating device at one end and an air inlet at the other end, the negative pressure generating device is provided with an exhaust filter device at its air outlet, and an intake filter device is provided at the air inlet. Several operating openings are provided on side walls of the cabin body, each of the operating openings is in seal connection with an operating glove, and a glove opening of at least one operating glove faces an interior of the cabin body. Equipment wires required by an interventional operation are preset through the lead wire access device, and wires added midway under a sealing condition is guaranteed through the wire in/out device.
High-Access Patient Transport Shield
A patient transport shield provides for a flexible support sheet supporting a patient with upstanding ribs holding a transparent cover over the patient to provide a patient volume that may hold negative pressure when the transparent cover is attached to the support sheet by a resealable pressure-sensitive attachment strip allowing rapid assembly and ready access to the patient.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE DISPENSATION OF MISTS FOR THERAPEUTIC USE
A device and associated method for the dispensation of mists for therapeutic use, comprising: a dispensing member (2) for dispensing an air flow (3) within which micronized particles of a liquid or solid therapeutic substance are dispersed; a chamber (11) having at least one inlet (12) for said air flow (3) generated by the dispensing member (2) and at least one outlet (13) for said air flow (3) present inside the chamber (11) itself; and a communication conduit (10) interposed between said dispensing member (2) and said chamber (11) in order to introduce the air flow (3) into the chamber (11) itself; said chamber (11) being switchable between an operative condition of maximum volume in which it internally defines a space (20) for containing at least one user, and a non-operative condition of minimum volume suitable for transport and/or storage.
Bacteria Spread Prevention Tool for Oral Procedures
This present invention relates to a bacteria spread prevention tool designed to be used during oral procedures and is used to prevent the smear or spread of bacteria and viruses. The bacteria spread prevention tool comprises a slightly curved polycarbonic device having an interior suction mechanism. The prevention tool can be placed 4 to 6 inches from the oral cavity of a user, thereby forming a barrier between the user's mouth and the dental care professional, in order to prevent the spread of bacteria, or other pathogens via the oral cavity during dental health checkups or dental procedures. The transparent polycarbonic device provides access to the oral cavity while blocking the spread of aerosols and pathogens.
CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) AIR SANITIZATION/ISOLATION SYSTEM WITH ANTI-VIRUS CURTAIN WALLS
Various embodiments are directed to a coronavirus air sanitization/isolation system with anti-virus curtain. The system may include a group of anti-virus strips with attached separation magnets coupled to an air inlet housing mounted above (e.g., in an attic ceiling) in an enclosed space. The anti-virus strips may be coated with a saline and soap solution that attracts airborne droplets contaminated with the coronavirus and dissolves a fatty layer of coronavirus cell membranes to prevent cell replication of the coronavirus, thereby destroying the coronavirus. The air inlet housing may include exhaust ventilation fans, salt filters, a wick saturated with the saline and soap solution, an electro-static air filter, and a distribution air duct. The fans may be utilized to circulate an airstream containing the coronavirus through the anti-virus strips, the filters, the saturated wick, and the distribution air duct to remove the coronavirus while protecting occupants with uncontaminated air.
Manufacturing method for a hood type ventilation device
A device for providing a known concentration of blended air and oxygen, or oxygen, to an individual which incorporates a face mask inside a hood, thereby preventing aerosolization of potentially harmful exhaled gases and controlling condensation issues within the hood while under pressurized conditions. The air tight seal required to allow placement and removal of the hood on the individual will be manufactured using injection molded elastomers to over-mold injection molded rigid plastic components.
MEDICAL ISOLATION TRANSPORT SYSTEM-MITS
A flexible rapid deployable system that may be used create an isolated space within a medical transport vehicle for use when transporting infected or contaminated patients, including a flexible tent-like liner creates a room inside the vehicle where both the patient and medical personnel can be isolated and contain contaminants within and a filtration system capable of producing the required air flow to maintain a negative pressurized isolated environment, sized to effectively accomplish this for the isolated cubic space.
OPERATING TABLE BARRIERS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
In one embodiment, a barrier includes two side panels extending on parallel planes and spaced laterally apart. Each side panel including a back end, a front edge opposed to the back end, a bottom edge, and an engagement feature on the bottom edge of each side panel. A back panel connects the side panels at the back ends, and a shield extends from an upper end of the back panel at an oblique angle in an upward and forward direction.
Isolation tent
Apparatus for use in providing isolation, the apparatus including an isolation tent having a body including a roof member, at least one wall extending between a supporting surface and the roof member in use to thereby at least partially define an internal volume substantially isolated from a surrounding environment, a plurality of connectors coupled to the body, the plurality of connectors being adapted to physically attach the body to a frame and an electrical component electrically connected to at least one of the plurality of connectors to allow electrical signals to be transferred to or from the electrical component via the connector.
