The mixer includes a housing having a front wall, two outer vertical sidewalls, a rear wall, a top, and a bottom, the top includes a feed chute configured for the entry and addition of product to the mixer, and the front wall includes an opening for the mixture of product to exit. The mixer also includes a rotatable vertical shaft having an impeller, the impeller having a plurality of blades disposed on the vertical shaft in the same horizontal plane and distributed equidistantly about the circumference of the vertical shaft. The mixer also includes a vertical wall disposed within the housing forming a mixing region and a feeding region that is operably connected to the opening of the front wall.

A stirring device related to one example of the present invention comprises a stirring vessel including an inner chamber having a stirring space and an outer chamber surrounding the inner chamber, and having a vessel cooling space provided between the inner chamber and the outer chamber, a stirring part including a stirring rod disposed in the stirring space and provided to stir a stirring object accommodated in the stirring space, a plurality of cooling rods each protruding from the inner chamber of the stirring vessel into the stirring space, and connected to the vessel cooling space to enable fluid movement, and a cooling drive part provided to supply cooling water to the vessel cooling space.

The invention relates to a stirring element of a stirrer for mixing and/or homogenizing or suspending flowable media, which is substantially spherical in shape. The invention further relates to a stirrer having at least two stirring elements according to the invention.
Mixing device power system and method
Embodiments of a mixing device power system generally include a power control module, an AC motor, and a variable frequency drive, wherein upon application of AC power to the system, electrical power is provided to the power control module which transmits electrical power to the AC motor, whereby rotation of a mixing spindle is initiated. After the spindle has begun rotating, transmission of electrical power from the power control module to the AC motor is ceased, and substantially simultaneously electrical power transmission is commenced from the power control module to the variable frequency drive which transmits electrical power to the AC motor, whereby rotation of the mixing spindle is continued. A method of using the mixing device power system to mix a fluid sample is also provided.
NANO-MICRO BUBBLE GENERATOR
Provided is a nano-micro bubble generator according to one aspect of the present invention, the nano-micro bubble generator including: a housing which a fluid flows into and out of; a plurality of rotors rotatably coupled to the inside of the housing; and a plurality of stators fixed to the inside of the housing and alternately arranged with the plurality of rotors, wherein at least one of the rotors and the stators has a mesh-like structure in which a plurality of flow passages of the fluid are arranged in a lattice form, and the rotors and the stators are arranged to be adjacent to each other so as to generate a collision, friction, and cavitation due to rotation of the rotors in the fluid flowing through the flow passages, thereby generating at least one of nano bubbles and micro bubbles in the fluid.
Elevating animal feed mixing system
An elevating feed mixing system and method are provided. The system includes a support frame and a raisable platform raisable relative to the support frame. A mixing tub disposed on the raisable platform is configured to receive constituent ingredients of a feed and further configured to raise to release the feed after it is mixed.

Feed Mixer Assembly
A feed mixer vehicle having a hopper with a base is carried on a chassis. A vertically extending auger assembly is rotatably mounted in the hopper adjacent the base, extending from the hopper base. A reduction gearbox assembly having a reduction gear train assembly is mounted adjacent the base of the auger assembly. The reduction gear train assembly has an input shaft and an output shaft, with the output shaft coupled to the auger assembly. The reduction gearbox assembly further includes a first planetary gear set assembly meshed with a second planetary gear set assembly, where the first planetary gear set assembly includes the input shaft and the second planetary gear set assembly includes the output shaft. Coupled to the input shaft of the reduction gearbox assembly is an axial flux motor assembly.
