Gas-liquid dispersion impeller assembly with annular-sector-shaped concave blades
The invention discloses an agitation device comprising an impeller, an agitating shaft and a power device. The impeller includes a disc, a hub and concave blades. Each blade consists of a concave surface which extends radially and has an annular sector-like shape, the projections of the upper and lower portions of the blade in the horizontal plane are two annular sectors, and the radian of the annular sector obtained by the projection of the upper portion is larger than that of the lower portion, and the annular sector-like shape and the rotation direction of blades are the same, so that each portion of the blades directly faces an incoming flow, the utilization efficiency of blades is increased and the impeller has low energy consumption and high gas-liquid dispersion efficiency. The device is efficient and energy-saving, has low power consumption, high mixing performance and high gas holdup and mass transfer performance.
DEVICE FOR TREATING MATERIAL, COMPRISING A CONTAINER
A device for treating material in a container which is equipped with a stirrer that can be rotated about a central axis has a first deflecting device which is arranged in the container above the stirrer in order to deflect a material flow transported by the stirrer to the container center. The stirrer has a coaxial axle element, the diameter of which in the region of the stirrer is at least a quarter of the diameter of the stirrer. The container has a base below the stirrer, and the distance between the base and the deflecting device is maximally half the maximum diameter of the container between the base and the deflecting device. The base can also be designed as a perforated sheet.
Fluid-agitating tank assembly for a machine for filling containers
A fluid-agitating tank assembly is disclosed. The tank assembly includes a tank filled with a fluid, and an agitator disposed in the tank so as to be at least partially immersed in the fluid and supported by the tank in a rotatable manner about an axis. The agitator includes a double helix disposed in an upper volume of the tank and adapted to act on the fluid to transform unidirectional rotation of the agitator about the axis into a bidirectional movement of the fluid in the tank towards bottom and top portions of the tank, and at least one rotary blade projecting transversally from the axis, disposed in a lower volume of the tank, and rotating about the axis to move the fluid towards at least one lateral outlet of the tank.

An expanded particle producing apparatus includes a vessel and a blade stirrer that is located inside the vessel. The blade stirrer comprises a stirrer base and an impeller blade that is attached to the stirrer base. A distance from the bottom of the vessel to the center of the stirrer base (L1) and a depth of the vessel (L2) have a ratio (L1/L2) of 0.01 to 0.2. L1 is measured in a depth direction parallel to L2, and a central axis of the blade stirrer coincides with a central axis of the vessel. The apparatus is configured to produce expanded particles.

An apparatus for producing protein breakdown on meat material is disclosed. The apparatus comprises at least one tool configured for producing protein breakdown on meat material. The tool forms a mixing chamber for meat material. The mixing chamber has opposite chamber walls rotatable relative to each other for controlling forces exerted on meat material therebetween. A method for producing protein breakdown on meat material and a meat production plant including at least one apparatus are further disclosed.

The present invention relates to a tank for use in a purification apparatus, the tank being at least one of a crystallization tank that forms a slurry containing crystals of a compound or a ripening tank that is capable of keeping crystals of a compound suspended in the ripening tank, the tank including: an agitator; and a baffle for generating an upward flow from a swirling flow, the tank being capable of forming a supernatant part consisting of a supernatant and a suspension part where the crystals of a compound are suspended.

A drink cup contains: a body, a cover, and a stirring unit. The body includes a bottom fringe, a peripheral fringe, a chamber, and an opening. The bottom fringe has an orifice defined on a central position thereof and communicating with the chamber. The stirring unit has a seat, a stirrer, and a fixing element, wherein the seat is mounted on the orifice and has a central hole communicating with the chamber. The stirrer has a stem, an outer diameter of which is less than the central hole, and the stirrer also has a blade and a first locking portion on a bottom of the stirrer. The fixing element has an engagement portion and a second locking portion. When the stem of the stirrer inserts through the central hole, the second locking portion of the fixing element is in connection with the first locking element of the stirrer so that the stem of the stirrer rotatably connects with the central hole of the seat.
Mixing method and device for solvent extraction, especially in hydrometallurgical processes
A system and method are disclosed for mixing a suspension. The suspension may optionally have a low liquid viscosity. The suspension may, optionally, include a metallurgy solvent extraction (SX) mixture. The system and method may be at an industrial scale. In some embodiments, suspension may be stirred at high energy dissipation rate with a large impeller. The system may optionally include baffles. The impellor and/or the baffles may optionally include a rounded edge. The method may be applied to retrofitting a SX plant. The input feed to a mixing reactor may include an emulsion and/or multiple discrete phases.
