A chemical reaction device that supplies a raw material liquid into a solution and causes particles to precipitate in the solution is provided. The chemical reaction device includes an agitation tank configured to accommodate the solution, an impeller configured to agitate the solution, and a plurality of discharge parts configured to discharge the raw material liquid into the solution.

A magnetically-coupled liquid mixer has axial and radial directions, and comprises: a drive mount to be secured to a wall of a mixing tank and having a stationary closed-end cylindrical casing arranged in the axial direction and configured for protruding into the tank, a tank-external drive rotor having a rotatable first magnet array and configured to be inserted in the cylindrical casing, and an impeller configured for being rotatably-mounted on the cylindrical casing and having a plurality of radially extending blades and a second magnet array. The first and second magnet arrays in an assembled state of the mixer are configured for enabling rotary torque to be transferred from the drive rotor to the impeller by magnetic coupling between the first and second magnet arrays. An upper portion of at least one blade is curved/angled in an intended direction of rotation to help move liquid axially downwards during impeller rotation.

A system for preparing a polymeric mixture includes: a containment device configured to distribute dry polymeric materials; a receiving chamber in fluid communication with the containment device; a wetting bowl; a dispersing channel; and a mixing chamber connected to the dispersing channel. A method of preparing a polymeric mixture includes distributing water and dry polymeric materials through the various components of the system and mixing the materials with the mechanical mixing device.

An apparatus for extracting cannabis essential oils. A housing is provided for containing trichome material from a cannabis plant, the housing having a sealable opening. A rotatable impeller is disposed in the housing. A container is connected to the housing for collecting essential oils. The process for extracting cannabis essential oils includes the steps of introducing trichome material from the cannabis plant into the housing, introducing water and ice into the housing via an opening therein, and agitating the water and ice and the trichome material to separate and extract essential oils therefrom.

The closing structure (34, 52) is arranged and configured to be moved into a position, in which the outlet (26) is provided with a free passage, through which the liquid (36) leaving the outlet (26) is injected into the interior space (54) without colliding with the closing structure (34, 52).

A method for processing a fluid includes removably securing a retention member to a vessel that bounds a chamber; inserting a collapsible bag within the chamber of the vessel; securing the bag to the retention member so that the bag is supported within the chamber of the vessel; and dispensing a fluid into a compartment of the collapsible bag supported within the chamber of the vessel. The fluid can be mixed within bag while the bag is disposed within the vessel.
