A device (1) for homogenizing a gas distribution in a process chamber (2). The device (1) has a aperture shield (3) and a linear drive (4) for moving the aperture shield (3) in a reciprocating manner in two mutually opposite linear movement directions (5) between two terminal positions. The aperture shield (3) is able to be heated by at least one heating installation (6) of the device (1), and the aperture shield (3) by way of at least one interposed compensation element (7) of the device (1) is connected to the linear drive (4). The compensation element (7) enables a relative movement between the aperture shield (3) and the linear drive (4) in at least one direction (8) transverse, preferably orthogonal, to the linear movement directions (5) of the aperture shield (3).

A fluid stirring and liquefaction promoting apparatus is coupled to a pipeline of a heat pump system to enable uniform mixture of refrigerator oil with refrigerant to improve the heat exchange efficiency of the heat pump system and to reduce the energy consumption. The liquefaction promoting apparatus is configured with a cylindrical housing, a system of tubes fluidly coupled between the pipeline and the interior of the cylindrical housing, as well as large and a small coil springs disposed in the cylindrical housing. Being actuated by the kinetic energy of the fluids circulating in the cylindrical housing, the large and small coil springs vibrate and oscillate to stir and mix the fluids to result in their uniform mixture.

The solution preparation device comprises a liquid container, a powder container, an upper cover and a controller; the liquid container is provided with a detection element for detecting a specific parameter of a solution; the powder container is arranged above the liquid container, and the upper cover covers a top end of the powder container to form a material holding cavity for placing a powder, a bottom end of the powder container is provided with a material discharge port through which the powder in the material holding cavity enters the liquid container. The solution preparation device further comprises a stopper for blocking the material discharge port, the controller controls the stopper according to the specific parameter to realize opening and closing of the material discharge port.
