System, method and generator for generating nanobubbles or nanodroplets
The present disclosure relates to a system, generator and method for generating nanobubbles or nanodroplets and treating a multi-component mixture, and in particular for treating biogas and wastewater. The method comprises using nanobubbles of a gas component, and wastewater, to form hydrates in a treatment vessel; removing residual dirt from the treatment vessel and melting the hydrates to facilitate release of clean water.
BEVERAGE MIXING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A beverage mixing system/method allowing faster mixing/blending of frozen beverages is disclosed. The system/method in various embodiments utilizes inductive coupling to introduce heat into the frozen beverage during the mixing/blending process via a rotating driveshaft and attached mechanical agitator to speed the mixing/blending process. Exemplary embodiments may be configured to magnetically induce heat into the driveshaft and/or mechanical agitator mixing blade to affect this mixing/blending performance improvement. This heating effect may be augmented via the use of high power LED arrays aimed into the frozen slurry to provide additional heat input. The system/method may be applied with particular advantage to the mixing of ice cream type beverages and other viscous beverage products.
Current based water treatment process and system
Process for treatment of wastewater is provided. The wastewater includes suspended or dissolved wastewater components and an aqueous component. During the treatment process, at least a portion of a solids bed through which the wastewater is passed is dissolved using an electric current. Dissolution of the solids bed produces constituents which react with the wastewater and enable separation of the suspended or dissolved wastewater components from the aqueous component. Also provided is a system for carrying out the process.
SYSTEM AND PROCESS FOR CHEMICAL CLEANING IN PLACE
A heavy industrial mobile CIP system, which comprises two closed loops and facilitate uniformity in chemical mixing and in heating of cleaning fluid and chemical concentration. The first loop comprises an electric pump for pumping fluid from a mixing tank and through the first loop. The cleaning chemicals are added to the fluid circulating in the first loop prior to the fluid returning to the mixing tank. The cleaning fluid is heated in the mixing tank by at least one heater. The second loop comprises a second pump to pump fluid from the mixing tank through the second loop, which is connected to the equipment to be cleaned. The fluid and debris from cleaning the equipment circulates through the second loop to the mixing tank. In some cases, a weir can be used to facilitate separation of solids in the fluid returning from the equipment into the mixing tank.
System and method for the treatment of biogas and wastewater
The present disclosure relates to a system and method for treating wastewater, the method comprising the steps of: providing a vessel for receiving wastewater and a gas, wherein the gas comprises one or more constituent gas components; directing the wastewater and a first gas component of the gas to the vessel; reducing the temperature of the contents of the vessel from a first temperature to a second temperature to facilitate the formation of clathrate hydrates comprising the wastewater and the first gas component; increasing the temperature of the contents of the vessel with respect to the second temperature to facilitate melting of the clathrate hydrates; and removing clean water and/or the first gas component from the vessel.
