A powder rotary fluidization device and a method thereof are provided. The powder rotary fluidization device includes a support device, the support device is provided with an installing plate, the installing plate is provided with a power device and a fluidization device, and the power device is in transmission connection with the fluidization device. After a position of the fluidization device on the installing plate is adjusted through the support device, the power device is started to drive the fluidization device to rotate, and meanwhile gases are introduced into the fluidization device to process powder. and therefore the problem of poor processing effect on fine powder with high viscosity is solved through the rotatable fluidization device.

A fluidized bed mixer for combining a first powder with a second powder for manufacturing a magnet and a method of using the fluidized bed mixer for making the magnet. The first powder material is an alloy powder containing neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe), and boron (B), and the second powder material is an alloy powder or elemental metal powder containing one or more of dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb). The fluidized bed mixer includes a fluidized bed portion in an upper portion of a mixing chamber, a cascading baffle system beneath the fluidized bed portion, and combined powder collection area beneath the cascading baffle system. The fluidized bed mixer is configured to homogenously combine a first powder material with a second powder material in such a way that particles of the second powder material adheres to and covers the outer surfaces of the particles of the first powder material.

A pulsed gas mixing apparatus is provided. The pulsed gas mixing apparatus may include a mixing plate having a top side that is substantially smooth, and a bottom side that includes a plurality of ribs. The pulsed gas mixing apparatus may also include a supply tube configured to be coupled to the mixing plate and supply a mixing gas that is used to mix the contents a container in which the pulsed gas mixing apparatus is installed.

An apparatus and methods of mixing materials in a silo that includes a mixing chamber (2) with an outlet (23) the bottom and an inlet hose (4) connected to an inlet opening at the top; a sieve (16) at the top of the mixing chamber above the inlet opening and below the outlet opening to prevent contact between a particulate mixing material and the top of the mixing chamber and to allow dust through; a pump system (18) to create a negative pressure region at the top of the mixing chamber; and an air manifold assembly (8), which includes an air pressure manifold (10) having an air nozzle (12) to introduce an air stream into the mixing chamber and an air manifold cover (14) to prevent contact between the particulate mixing material and the air pressure manifold, and to allow a particulate mixed product material to pass to the mixing chamber outlet.

In a submerged membrane bioreactor (MBR or SMU), diffusers are used to eject air bubbles, primarily to facilitate the movement of mixed liquor past the membrane surfaces, cleaning and scouring the surfaces of the membranes with the mechanical energy of the combined air/liquid/solids movement. Oxygen transfer from the bubbles into the mixed liquor is often a secondary goal, for supplying oxygen to biological processes. The invention involves the use of a specific bubble diffuser, oriented at a selected upward angle, to enable a single style diffuser to accomplish simultaneous generation of mid-size and fine bubble aeration, with adjustment of the tilt angle varying the percentages of mid-size and fine bubble aeration. The angle selection, along with the number of diffusers and air volume selected, allows achievement of target liquid movement through the MBR.

A mixing apparatus for mixing powder and liquid, includes: an apparatus main body having an internal space; a cylindrical member arranged in the internal space with one end facing upward and the other end facing downward, the one end and the other end being opened; a powder dispersing portion arranged above the apparatus main body, the powder dispersing portion dispersing the powder into a space of the cylindrical member; a liquid spraying portion arranged in a vicinity of the powder dispersing portion, the liquid spraying portion spraying the liquid into a space of the cylindrical member; a collection portion arranged below the apparatus main body, the collection portion collecting a mixed powder consisting of the powder dispersed by the powder dispersing portion and the liquid sprayed by the liquid spraying portion; a filter arranged around the cylindrical member in the internal space; and a discharge port discharging air in the internal space through the filter.

An externally mounted tank nozzle assembly which can be used in many mixing systems. The assembly can be installed as a fixed nozzle or as an externally adjustable nozzle. The disclosed nozzle is light-weight, corrosion-resistant as well as abrasion-resistant to withstand many tank mixing environments and conditions.
