The pump body includes a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft rotates to cause the pump body to pump and discharge the liquid; and the regulating mechanism includes a driving shaft driven by a driving mechanism to rotate, and the driving shaft drives the rotating shafts of the liquid storage mechanisms to rotate through a transmission mechanism and maintains a proportion for the rotating speeds between the rotating shafts. The driving shaft drives any rotating shaft to rotate through a first transmission mechanism, and a second transmission mechanism is arranged between other rotating shafts and the rotating shaft directly driven by the driving shaft. In the present invention, an automatic proportioning manner is adopted, so the proportion of various kinds of liquid does not need to be manually regulated, which improves the working efficiency and the proportioning accuracy, and then the quality of the product is improved. The entire device has a low cost and great market competitiveness.

The control system includes an integrated control unit capable of controlling a broad ranges of peripheral devices commonly used in bioproduction through a graphical user interface displayed on a touch sensitive screen. The bioproduction system is designed to be highly customizable through process modification and recipe creation by user with little or no knowledge of programming and is capable of controlling a wide variety of devices using a single unit. The bioproduction system allows for auto-detection, auto-calibration, and automatic of device related processes into a bioproduction workflow.
Turntable color machine
The present invention provides a turntable color machine includes a rack, a controller is arranged on the rack, a wheel-type turntable that rotates vertically is arranged on the rack, a plurality of color paste bags are arranged on the wheel-type turntable, the color paste bags are evenly arranged along the circumference of the wheel-type turntable, the color paste bags are connected with a piston pump that is driven by a lifting mechanism to perform constant volume injection via a valve body, and a material receiving device that moves up and down is arranged at the middle of the wheel-type turntable. The piston pump is connected with the color paste bags to achieve volume injection, the wheel-type turntable drives the color paste bags to perform a circular motion, so that the color paste in the color paste bags are turned up and down to achieve an even mixing effect, no stirring device needs to be added, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, the plunger valves are arranged in the color paste bags, the air in the color paste bags is extracted through the air suction cylinder to ensure that there is no air in the color paste bags, to prevent the color paste from deteriorating and to prolong the service life of the color paste.
Electromechanical valve sequencing for fluid mixture dispensing devices
Systems and methods for reducing the overall current draw of a fluid mixture dispensing device are disclosed. A disclosed system includes a mixing area, a set of ingredient reservoirs, and a set of electromechanical valves. The set of electromechanical valves are in a one-to-one correspondence with the set of ingredient reservoirs, and fluidly connect the set of ingredient reservoirs and the mixing area during a respective set of dispense times. The system further includes a controller programmed to actuate at least two valves from the set of electromechanical valves to dispense, to the mixing area, at least two ingredients from the ingredient reservoirs associated with the at least two valves. The controller is programmed to actuate the at least two valves in sequence with partially overlapping dispense times and without overlapping opening times.
