REAL TIME BLENDING SYSTEM VIA A SINGLE PUMP
Systems and methods for blending fluids are provided. A blended fluid may be obtained by mixing a first fluid from a first fluid source with a second fluid from a second fluid source. The blended fluid may be pumped by a pump arranged downstream of a point at which the first and second fluids are mixed, wherein no other pumps are upstream of the pump. First and second flow control valves that control the flow rate of the first and second fluids, respectively, are adjusted so as to reach a target flow rate of the blended fluid, the blended fluid having a target blend of the first fluid and the second fluid.

A system and method for mixing and dispensing one or more pesticides includes a plurality of pesticide containers (5) for containing pesticide and at least one dosing device (7) associated with the pesticides containers and adapted to dose pesticide from the pesticide containers. A mixing device (9) receives pesticide from the dosing device and mixes the pesticide to form at least one of a pesticide solution and a pesticide mixture. A computer device (21) includes a processor and is adapted to receive an input from a user and based on that input operate the dosing device to dose a quantity of pesticide from one or more of the pesticide containers.

Wastewater treatment systems are disclosed. A wastewater treatment system includes a wastewater conduit disposed in a wastewater treatment vessel, a pump comprising an intake and an outlet connectable to the at least one opening of the wastewater conduit, and an adapter comprising a first end and a second end. The adapter is configured, in a treatment mode, to provide a flow path for wastewater from the wastewater treatment vessel through the adapter and pump to the wastewater conduit. The adapter is further configured to, in a backflush mode, provide a flow path for wastewater through the plurality of nozzles of the wastewater conduit and through the adapter and pump for discharge into the wastewater treatment vessel. Methods of treating wastewater using the system and adapter are disclosed. Methods of retrofitting a wastewater treatment system by providing the adapter are disclosed.

A system and a method for generating a liquid mixture are provided. SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPENSING A BEVERAGE
A system for dispensing a plant-based milk includes a mixing chamber for emulsifying a plant-based paste and water, a plant-based paste storage connected to the mixing chamber via a first conduit, a water storage connected to the mixing chamber via a second conduit, and a cooling system. The system includes a pumping system for moving a prescribed amount of the plant-based paste into the mixing chamber upon receiving an input from a user via a user interface, a flow system for flowing water from the water storage to the mixing chamber, and a control system. The control system receives the input from the user, activates the pumping system and activates the flow system. Further, the control system activates the mixing chamber for emulsifying the plant-based paste and the water, and dispenses the emulsified plant-based mixture of the paste and the water.
UREA WATER MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND THEREOF METHOD
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a urea water manufacturing device which can reduce the time for producing urea water by forming a vibrating atmosphere using an ultrasonic wave generator when stirring urea and pure water supplied inside a stirring tank, and can produce urea water with high purity by real-time feedback control of specific gravity of urea water, and a method thereof. The urea water manufacturing device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a pure water supply unit, a urea supply unit, a stirring unit, a specific gravity detection unit, a control unit, and a urea water discharge unit.
UREA WATER MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND THEREOF METHOD
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a urea water manufacturing device which can reduce the time for producing urea water by forming a vibrating atmosphere using an ultrasonic wave generator when stirring urea and pure water supplied inside a stirring tank, and can produce urea water with high purity by real-time feedback control of specific gravity of urea water, and a method thereof. APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR DISSOLVING POWDERS IN SOLVENTS
The present invention relates to apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid, by dissolving or suspending powders in solvents. The apparatus may be arranged for inclusion in a pellet coating system to supply the liquid to a downstream apparatus such as a Post Pellet Liquid Application (PPLA, 44). The apparatus includes: a mixing system, comprising a mixing pump (27), a mixing vessel (33) and piping for mixing substances located in the mixing vessel (33) by liquid recirculation; solvent supply means, comprising a supply tank (37) arranged to supply solvent to the mixing vessel (33); a feeding system, comprising a Hopper (32) for storing a first particulate material, a ramp arranged above a weighing tray (34) and a hopper vibrator (3.1) for feeding a first particulate material to the weighing tray (34); a weighing system located above the mixing vessel (33), the weighing system comprising the weighing tray (34), a weighing tray loadcell (5) for weighting a first particulate material and a weighing tray vibrator (4) for feeding a first particulate material to the mixing vessel (33); a blending vessel (40) to which a liquid comprising the first particulate material is transferred from the mixing vessel (33) and to which additional solvent may be added to reach a desired concentration of the first particulate material in the liquid; optionally a day tank (39) to which a liquid comprising the first particulate material is transferred from the blending vessel (40.1) for storage; and a control system, wherein a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (25) is arranged to receive signals from the weighing system and to control operation of at least part of the feed system according to the signals received from the weighing system to deliver a target mass of first and at least a second particulate material to the mixing vessel (33). The apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid according to the invention may be connected to system for coating pellets, such as feed pellets. The system for coating pellets may include: the apparatus for manufacturing at least one liquid; a pellet source; a pellet coating device; means for feeding at least one liquid from the manufacturing apparatus to the pellet coating device; wherein the pellet coating device is arranged to apply the or each liquid to at least some of the pellets received from the pellet source. The present invention includes a method for manufacturing a liquid, by dissolving or suspending powders in solvents.
