A bench assembly that stretches and develops the quadriceps femoris and/or hip flexors muscle groups of a client with the help of a therapist or trainer. The bench assembly has a basal subassembly with a front member that faces the therapist. Extending rearwardly from the front member is a first side member. A rear member extends laterally from the first side member. Each of the front and rear members have an upwardly oriented column that extends from a bottom rail of the associated member. The columns underlie a client support pad on which the client may lie recumbent and face upwardly with his/her legs positioned towards the front member before a trainer applies a stretching regimen to the legs and/or hips.

The present invention relates to treatment tables, and more specifically to a treatment table that is adaptable for the dual purposes of conducting therapy or physical examinations, including pelvic examinations and treatment.

A therapeutic pillow is disclosed. The therapeutic pillow provides support to a user's head, neck, back, and spine when lying down on the pillow. The pillow includes a head support, an elongated spine support, a firm support member for supporting the elongated spine support, and a lower member for manipulating the pillow. When lying down on the pillow the force exerted onto the elongated spine support compresses the elongated spine support. This compression causes an end of the elongated spine support that is connected to the head support to bend, which in turn causes the head support to bend at an angle towards the vertical axis of the pillow. Further, when lying on the pillow the lower member protrudes through a user's legs, which enables users to grasp the lower member with their legs and perform therapeutic exercises with the pillow.

The present invention is a therapeutic pad with breast receiving cavities. The therapeutic pad with breast receiving cavities contains a platform, a cavity, and an adjustment element. The cavity traverses into the platform. The adjustment element is positioned within the cavity. The therapeutic pad with breast receiving cavities may take the form of a therapy device to replace surgical table padding, chiropractic dorsal pads, or other various therapeutic treatment table paddings to accommodate humans with breasts or additional curvature in the breast area. The therapeutic pad with breast receiving cavities constitutes specialized padding with breast recess areas to provide maximum comfort by allowing patients to control the pressure in the breast area when receiving therapeutic care or medical procedures.

A channel filler is used in a table having a planar surface, where the table has a width and a length, and a plurality of cushions fixedly attached to planar surface. The channel filler includes a compressible body portion configured to compressibly fit into a channel formed between adjacent cushions. The channel extends along the width of the planar surface and is defined by a distance between the adjacent cushions. The compressible body portion has a cross-sectional shape configured to be removeably retained in the channel so as to provide a smooth transition along an upwardly-facing weight-bearing surface of the cushions and between the adjacent cushions.

The present disclosure relates generally to a patient face sheet for a therapy treatment table including a headrest. The patient face sheet may be used in conjunction with an optional pillow including a face opening which is positioned to align with the corresponding opening in the headrest. The patient face sheet comprises a main panel to which a protective skirt is connected. The main panel includes a central and generally circular-shaped opening about which the protective skirt is connected. The protective skirt is draped within both the face hole and the corresponding hole to provide substantially full shielding of the optional pillow and the headrest from the patient's head.

The invention is directed to a system and methods to reduce a hip joint dislocation. Embodiments of the system may include a unitary or multipartite leg support assembly having about a 90-degree bend that is shaped to accommodate a leg, a lifting component, and a component for securing a leg to the leg support assembly. Embodiments of the multipartite leg support may be adjustable to accommodate any leg length. Embodiments of the system provide a mechanical advantage that may be used to reduce the hip joint, while simultaneously decreasing the possibility of injury to the user.

An apparatus for adapting a portable massage table that includes an elongated body extending in a longitudinal direction and at least one clasp attached to the elongated body. The elongated body has a substantially U-shaped cross-sectional configuration. The at least one clasp is adaptable for securing a flexible member to the elongated body.
