Systems and methods for onscreen menus in a teleoperational medical system
A system comprises a teleoperational assembly including an operator input system and a teleoperational manipulator configured for operation by the operator input system. The teleoperational manipulator is coupled to a medical instrument in a surgical environment. The system also comprises a processing unit including one or more processors. The processing unit is configured to retrieve a user profile for a user. The user profile includes a parameter established during a prior teleoperational procedure. The parameter includes anthropometric data for the user. The processing unit is also configured to provide instructions to configure an operation of the teleoperational assembly based upon the parameter. The operation includes adjusting an operating table based on the anthropometric data.

SUPPORT PANEL PIVOTING SYSTEM FOR A PATIENT SUPPORT DEVICE
A backrest pivoting system can have a backrest and an actuator for pivoting the backrest. The actuator is pivotably connected to the backrest by a pivot defining a first pivot axis. The backrest can pivot about a guide member which defines a second pivot axis coaxial with the first pivot axis. A backrest pivoting system can include an actuator and a resilient member mounted in series with the actuator. There is also provided an extendable user support assembly comprising a lower body support panel and a core support panel supported by a frame, the lower body support panel being translatable relative to the frame such that an opening is created between the lower body support panel and the core support panel when the lower body support panel is translated away from the core support panel. There is also provided a method for placing a bed in a vascular position.
Braking device for operating table base
The present invention provides a braking device for an operating table base, comprising at least two supporting legs, each supporting leg having a pivoting end and a supporting end distanced from the pivoting end. The operating table base supports an operation bed whose projected area covers the operating table base. The operating table base has a first pivoting portion corresponding to each supporting leg, and each supporting leg has a second pivoting portion at the pivoting end to correspond to the first pivoting portion of the operating table base. The first pivoting portion pivotally connects to the second pivoting portion, so that each supporting leg rotates with respect to the operating table base. The supporting ends of the supporting legs extend a supporting area of the operating table base.

Robotic Systems, Operating Room Systems, Insulated Conductor Including Biologically Active Material, Microplastic Filter, and Combinations Thereof
This disclosure provides an enhanced operating table and room, an insulated conductor, and a filtration system. The table includes an attachment, controlling parameters during surgery, a control, and a console. The attachment is moveable relative to at least one reference point. The console allows monitoring parameters during surgery. The room includes sensors integrated throughout and a data module in communication with the sensors. The data module receives data from the plurality of sensors, stores the received data in memory, and analyzes and processes the stored data. The insulated conductor includes an electrical conductor and an insulator. The insulator partially electrically or thermally insulates the electrical conductor. The filtration system removes particles within a fluid A transducer generates a pressure gradient to promote the particles to flow. Alternatively, the filtration system can include a robotic system. The robotic system charges particles such that the particles within the fluid adhere.

Radiation irradiation system and positioning assembly for radiation irradiation system
The present disclosure provides a positioning assembly for a radiation irradiation system. The positioning assembly includes a shielding body made of polymer and radiation shielding material capable of shielding the radiation and a sealing bag for accommodating the shielding body, when the target to be irradiated is placed on the positioning assembly, the positioning assembly is recessed with a shape of the target at the position where the target is placed and forms a contour corresponding to the target to position the target to be irradiated.
System, apparatus and method for patient positioning prior to, during and/or after medical procedures
A system for positioning a patient before, during or after a medical procedure can include an arm assembly and a surgical drape for use with the arm assembly. The surgical drape can be configured to be placed around a surgical site where an operative procedure is to be conducted. The surgical drape includes a transparent viewing window, multiple handle covers, and an expandable opening on the top side of the surgical drape. Additionally, the surgical drape may also include adhesive components on the bottom side of the drape that may be independently removed in order to affix the drape around a surgical site.
