System for producing a hydroponic system, and hydroponic systems produced by such a system
In the field of hydroponic production of plants, a system is provided for line production of hydroponic systems. In addition, the hydroponic systems produced by the system for line production of hydroponic systems are also provided herein.
Extendable plant tray assembly
An extendable plant tray assembly comprising a plurality of plant holders in a grid structure, wherein in a first direction said plant holders are movably connected through an extension system arranged to move said assembly between a retracted position and an extended position, the assembly including at least one grid structure element holding a plurality of plant holders in a second direction transverse to said first direction, wherein the plurality of plant holders are arranged on the at least one grid structure element in a staggered manner, alternating a plant holder with a plant holder receiving space, wherein the extension system comprises extendable connection members which are configured to connect at least two grid structure elements, and wherein the extendable connection members are detachably connected to said at least two grid structure elements.
Machine, Means For Controlling The Compaction Of A Substrate And Product Obtained
The machine, means for controlling the compaction of a substrate and product obtained relates to a machine that controls the compaction of a substrate, with improvements in the production process that are automated and without losses in the production of small paper tubes or any type of non-woven tissue for use in propagating seedlings and plants.

System for packaging growth medium pots into propagation trays, and distributor apparatuses therefor
A system for packaging growth medium pots onto propagation trays is provided. The system includes an apparatus adapted for producing a length of growth medium cut into growth medium pots of suitable size; and a distributor apparatus adapted for positioning growth medium pots into a propagation tray or the like. The distributor apparatus comprises a) a first apparatus, b) a conveyor unit, and c) a second apparatus. The first apparatus is configured for positioning growth medium pots onto said conveyor unit. The conveyor unit comprises an endless conveyor belt adapted for transporting the growth medium pots toward the second apparatus. The second apparatus is configured for moving said growth medium pots positioned on the said conveyor belt into a propagation tray or the like.
AUTOMATIC ROCK WOOL BLOCK FILLING APPARATUS
An automatic rock wool block filling apparatus is provided. The automatic filling apparatus includes a supporting mechanism, a feeding mechanism, an orientation adjusting mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a seedling raising tray moving mechanism. A rock wool block can be fed into the orientation adjusting mechanism through the feeding mechanism. The rock wool block can fall onto the seedling raising tray in a forward state that a concave arc surface faces upwards and a flat surface faces downwards through the orientation adjusting mechanism. The rock wool block falling onto the seedling raising tray can be pressed into a hole to be filled through the pressing mechanism. The hole to be filled in the seedling raising tray can be moved to a target position through the seedling raising tray moving mechanism. Thus, the feeding, orientation adjusting and pressing operations of the rock wool block are completed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GROWING AND INSTALLING A PLANT
The present disclosure relates to novel and advantageous systems and methods for growing and installing a tree wherein the roots expand generally radially outward and substantially not down. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a novel and advantageous horizontal root system planter comprising a base structure and a wall, wherein the horizontal root system planter encourages roots of a tree to grow generally radially outwardly and substantially not down. The present disclosure further relates to a tool for tree transporting, digging, and planting operations is provided. The tool may comprise a box and a blade. The blade may be configured for breaking ground and also for supporting a horizontal root system planter.
A SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING A SEED AND/OR FERTILIZER FILLED PLANT GROWTH MEDIUM POT, ROD, OR BAND, AND AN APPARATUS THEREFOR
A system for producing a seed and/or fertilizer filled plant growth medium pot, rod, or band is provided. The system includes a supporting means (adapted for receiving and supporting a plant growth medium pot, rod, or band), a feeding tube adapted to be in a retracted position or an extended position (for insertion into the growth medium), and a delivery unit (adapted for delivering a seed and/or a dosage of fertilizer through the feeding tube and into the growth medium). The feeding tube includes a cutting means, preferably a knife blade, mounted at the tip of the feeding tube. The cutting means is adapted for cutting into the plant growth medium pot, rod, or band, thereby facilitating the movement of the feeding tube into the plant growth medium pot, rod, or band.
Deconstructable Plant Pot
This deconstructable plant pot overcomes the problems with soil and root disruption during transplanting. At its simplest, the pot has three parts: two curved sidewalls and a base. The sidewalls can be attached and detached from each other. The sidewalls are connected by sliding them together along their vertical edges. When they are attached they form a hollow body, which can be attached and detached from the base by twisting the base on and off the lower portion of the hollow body.
LARGE PLANT BAGGING AND PLANTING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USE
A large plant bagging and planting system that is comprised of a hopper surge bin, a first and second workstation. The workstations are connected at or near the center between them, and each respective workstation has a set of walls, or a circular wall, that tapers inward from a wider top opening to a smaller bottom opening, and there is at least one gate located below the walls or circular wall. There is also at least one gate located below each respective workstation. There is also at least one control arm configured to manipulate and hold a large plant into position within a grow bag while potting media that has been placed in the hopper surge bin, is released from at least one workstation via the at least one gate, in am amount appropriate to fill the grow bad to desired depth.
