SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SUBDIVIDING CHEMICAL FLOW FOR WELL COMPLETION OPERATIONS

A system and method is disclosed for permitting a chemical fluid line to serve multiple downstream injection sites from a single upstream pump. One or more redundant primary chemical conduits are manifolded via a flexible joint into a plurality of sub-stream chemical conduits, each of the sub-stream chemical conduits comprising a sub-stream flow meter and an independently controlled motorized flow control valve. A control computer directs each respective flow control valve to open and close depending on the desired flow rate of the respective downstream injection site.

Unit for passive transfer of CO2 from flue gas or ambient air

A passive gas exchange transfer apparatus for exchanging carbon dioxide from a flue gas to a water supply is disclosed. The apparatus includes several upper rods and several lower rods to hold a membrane in place. The membrane provides increased surface area for the gas and the water to meet. The upper rods may be the source of the water supply, and the lower rods may be the source of the gas. The upper rods may disperse the water onto one side of the membrane, and the lower rods may disperse the gas onto the other side. The two may therefore meet at the surface created by the membrane as gravity draws the water downward, and convection draws the gas upward.

ANTIBODY-RESIN COUPLING APPARATUS AND METHODS

An antibody-resin coupling apparatus quickly and efficiently activates resin beads and couples them to antibodies, while preventing breakdown and crosslinking of the beads, thereby improving downstream column purification processes, extending the usable life of the resin beads, and increasing molecule capture efficiency of the resultant resin-antibody complexes, to allow improved isolation and purification of factor VIII molecules or other drug compounds.

Slurry mixer for a battery electrode

Shelf Stable, Concentrated, Liquid Flavorings And Methods of Preparing Beverages With The Concentrated Liquid Flavorings
20210219578 · 2021-07-22 ·

Concentrated liquid flavorings and methods of preparing flavored beverages using the concentrated liquid flavorings are described herein. The concentrated liquid flavorings are shelf stable for prolonged storage times at ambient temperatures. Shelf stability is provided, at least in part, by acidic pH and/or reduced water activity. By one approach, the concentrated liquid flavorings are intended to provide flavor to a beverage, such as coffee, tea, milk, or other savory beverage. The concentrated liquid flavorings may be provided in a convenient portable and dosable format that can be easily used by a consumer to provide the desired flavor and amount of flavor to a beverage.

Methods for Fluid Mixing Systems with Tiltable Support Housing
