One or more embodiments relate to systems and methods for mixing of two or more fluids using a multi-chamber manifold. One or more embodiments relate to optimal mixing.

An automatic fluid mixing and dispensing apparatus using a minimum of two powered actuating mechanisms to retrieve fluids from a plurality of fluid containers, mix said fluids, and dispense said fluids into a plurality of dispensed fluid containers. Fluids are stored until requested and mixed in accordance with operator input.

A system forms a cosmetic composition. The system includes a dispensing arrangement in selective fluid communication with a plurality of dispensing dosing receptacles mounted on a movable carousel. The dispensing arrangement is configured to selectively dispense a plurality of the booster compositions together with a base composition corresponding to a formulation corresponding to a compatibility profile and consumer skin conditions to form a stable composition having efficacious concentrations of active ingredients into a receiving receptacle.

The system includes a dispensing arrangement in selective fluid communication with a plurality of dispensing dosing receptacles mounted on a movable carousel. The dispensing arrangement is configured to selectively dispense a plurality of the booster compositions together with a base composition corresponding to a formulation corresponding to a compatibility profile and consumer skin conditions to form a stable composition having efficacious concentrations of active ingredients into a receiving receptacle.

The present invention relates to a continuous process for preparing microspheres and microspheres prepared thereby, and in particular, a process for preparing microspheres comprising steps of injecting a first emulsion and a second emulsion at the same time to form microspheres instantaneously, applying high pressure to the microspheres formed, and injecting the microspheres into an agitator, wherein the steps can be carried out continuously, and microspheres prepared thereby. When microspheres are prepared using the method of the present invention, scale variables, which have been the biggest disadvantage in existing preparation methods of microspheres, can be significantly reduced, drug encapsulation efficiency can be improved, and small and uniform particles can be obtained.

An example fluid management system for generating a fluid for a treatment operation may include a mixer and a first portable container disposed proximate to and elevated above the mixer. The first portable container may hold dry chemical additives. A feeder may be positioned below the first portable container to direct dry chemical additives from the first portable container to the mixer. The system may also include a first pump to provide fluid to the mixer from a fluid source.
