RAPIDLY COOLING FOOD AND DRINKS
Systems and methods have demonstrated the capability of rapidly cooling the contents of pods containing the ingredients for food and drinks.
AUTOMATED BREAD-MAKING SYSTEM
An automated production system is disclosed herein. One aspect of the present technology, for example, is directed toward an automated system for the continuous production of baked bread. The system can include a priming assembly having a dry ingredients priming unit and a wet ingredients priming unit. The dry ingredients priming unit can include a vertically-oriented hopper and a screw positioned within an interior region of the hopper, wherein the first screw extends along the central longitudinal axis of the hopper and is configured to rotate about its own central longitudinal axis. The system can also include a mixing assembly, a forming assembly, an oven, and a controller. The controller can be coupled to the priming assembly and configured to adjust the amount of dry ingredients delivered from the hopper to the mixing chamber by controlling rotation of the screw.
CAPSULE-BASED FOOD PRODUCT BLENDING AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A sealed capsule for blending and dispensing an initially solid food product holds a blending component with embedded food product. Actuating the blending component through an electronic control system causes the food product to be blended within the capsule. One or more feedback control mechanisms are used to guarantee a desired consistency of the blended food product. Provided are structural features of the capsule, and methods of using its contents to blend and dispense soft-serve products.

MIXING AND DISPENSING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MIXING AND DISPENSING MATERIAL FROM A MIXING AND DISPENSING SYSTEM
A mixing and dispensing system for a two-component material, such as a bone cement, the mixing and dispensing system including a handle connected to the mixer via a mixing shaft. The mixing shaft extends through the piston from the piston driving end in the direction of the outlet end in order to move the mixer in dependence on movements initiated via the handle, and with the handle being detachable, in particular in a non-destructive manner, from the mixing shaft via a connector.
METHOD OF USING MANUAL MIXER
A manual mixer serves to facilitate mixing and agitating materials for use during surgery. The manual mixer includes a mixing assembly and an actuation assembly for actuating the mixing assembly. The mixing assembly includes at least a paddle portion and a plunger portion. The plunger portion is simultaneously capable of rotational movement with the paddle portion and movement upwardly or downwardly along the paddle portion. Rotation of the paddle portion serves to facilitate mixing and agitating of the materials, and downward movement of the plunger portion serves to facilitate dispensing of the materials from the manual mixer.

FOOD PROCESSING SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
The invention relates to a food processing system (100) for preparing an edible mass of a food product starting from a raw food material, the system comprising: one or a plurality of food containers (20), each one comprising a raw food material in form of dehydrated material and/or paste and/or chunks; one or a plurality of dispensing and reconstituting chambers (10), each chamber being associated to at least one food container (20), each of the chambers (10) comprising a variable and/or exchangeable reconstitution and deposition device configured for hydrating and/or structuring and/or reconstituting in batches the raw food material provided by the one or more food containers (20) in order to create a homogeneous edible mass of food product, the device being further configured to deposit in-line with a controlled flow the edible mass of food product once prepared. The invention further relates to a method for operating a food processing system (100) as the one described in order to prepare an edible mass of food product starting from raw food material: the information on the kind of raw food material and on its processing is retrieved from identification means on the one or more food containers (20) and/or from a connected database, in order to process the raw food material in the one or more of the dispensing and reconstituting chambers (10) according to a certain recipe, acting on the hydration ratio and/or mixing speed and/or mixing time and/or temperature and/or viscosity and/or texture
