SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FLUID PREPARATION
A fluid preparation system includes a tank, a chemical supply line, a mixer, and a deionized (DI) water supply line. The tank contains a first chemical solution. The chemical supply line is coupled to the tank and configured to supply the first chemical solution. The mixer is coupled to the tank. The DI water supply line is coupled to the mixer and configured to supply DI water. The first chemicals solution and the DI water are mixed at the mixer to generate a second chemical solution.
Air-assisted agitation for tanks of application equipment
The present invention is directed to an applicator having an agricultural product mechanical conveying system which transfers particulate material from one or more source containers to application equipment on demand, and meters the material at the application equipment. The conveying system includes a pneumatic agitation system operably connected to the tanks of the applicator to agitate the particulate material disposed within the tanks in order to reduce the formation of agglomerations and/or bridges of particles within the tanks. The pneumatic agitation system includes a number of nozzle connected to each tank that are in turn connected to a pressurized air source and a controller. The controller is operable to selectively cause pressurized air to flow into the tanks through the nozzles to agitate the particulate material positioned therein, thereby breaking up and agglomerations of material within the tanks.
Automatic height adjusting mixing robot
An automatic height adjusting robot has a base frame, an L shaped lifting base assembly, a lifting frame, a hoist assembly, an automated mixing assembly, a power inlet, and a screw conveyor. The automatic height adjusting robot computes controlled volumetric ratios of dry chemicals while connected to a production well.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING INJECTABLE FOAM
The present invention relates to methods and devices for production of injectable foams, such as those used in the treatment of varicose veins and other venous disorders. The method requires the delivery or supply of foamable liquid sclerosing agent and a suitable gas or a gas mixture to a foam producing structure in which the liquid and gas are combined to produce foam, wherein the liquid is delivered independently of the delivery of gas. Devices for producing injectable foam comprise a foam producing structure in which liquid and gas are combined to produce foam, the structure comprising an inlet for liquid and gas and an outlet for foam; a liquid pathway in communication with the inlet; and a gas pathway in communication with the inlet, characterised in that the liquid pathway comprises a means for delivering liquid through the liquid pathway independently of gas delivery through the gas pathway. In preferred embodiments, the delivery of liquid and/or gas is controlled with volumetric pumps.
