Provided is a liquid stirring apparatus of the type using a non-contact drive mechanism (4) where the stirrer is driven through a magnetic drive effect without a mechanical connection member intruding through a wall of a container (2) for receiving a liquid to be stirred. The stirrer is received in use within the container (2). The non-connect driving mechanism (4) is arranged externally of the container (2). A holder is provided for positioning the stirrer within the container (2) where the holder is not integrally formed with the container (2), but is a separate component therefrom. The holder is not affixed to the container (2), but locates within the container (2) such that it positions the stirrer adjacent a wall of the container (2) near to the external location of the non-contact drive mechanism (4). The holder is manually removable from the container (2) and the stirrer is manually removable from the holder for cleaning.

The two rods extend through the housing, with each of the rods comprising first and second ends. Each of the rods are operably coupled to the shaft proximate to the first ends, and rotation of the shaft effects rotation of the rods. Each of the aerating members is connected to one of the two rods proximate to the second ends. Rotation of the rods effects rotation of the aerating members to produce froth when the aerating members are placed within the milk.

A milk frothing head and a frother are provided. The milk frothing head includes a first frothing frame and a second frothing frames detachably connected to the first frothing frame. A connecting rod configured to connect to an external power device is disposed on the first frothing frame. At least one filter screen of a ring shape is mounted between the first frothing frame and the second frothing frame. A head end of the at least one filter screen is connected to a tail end of the at least one filter screen. The first frothing frame defines a first through hole. The second frothing frame defines a second through hole corresponding to the first through hole. When the milk frothing head rotates, bubbles are divided into small bubbles by the at least one filter screen, and the small bubbles form delicate and dense milk foam with milk.

Disclosed are an emulsification device and a beverage machine having the same. The emulsification device includes a Venturi structure and a switching apparatus. The Venturi structure includes a first mixing chamber and a second mixing chamber. In a case that a first steam channel is communicated with a steam source, steam flows through the first steam channel into the first mixing chamber to produce a mixed fluid with a first temperature based on a Venturi effect; and in a case that a second steam channel is communicated with the steam source, steam flows through the second steam channel into the second mixing chamber to produce a mixed fluid with a second temperature based on the Venturi effect, and the first temperature is not equal to the second temperature. Different types of beverages may be obtained by using milk foam with different temperatures.
