MODULAR BLENDER WITH IMPROVED WATER HEATING AND LIGHT BEAM DETECTION
A blender includes a housing, a water heater supported within the housing, the water heater including an enclosure having an upper portion and a lower portion, a plurality of fluid ports, a heating coil, and a one-way air valve located on the upper portion of the enclosure. The heating coil is primarily located in the lower portion of said enclosure.
Micro puree machine with fixed motors
A micro puree machine has a mixing shaft attachable to a blade that is subject to both linear and rotational movement. A drive motor is contained within a lower portion of the machine housing and operatively couples to a first gear that engages a second gear on the mixing shaft for rotation of the mixing blade. A position motor within the upper housing operates to move the mixing blade linearly to engage the ingredients in the bowl. During both axial and rotational movement of the mixing shaft, the drive motor and the position motor remain stationary within their respective positions in the housing.
FULLY AUTOMATED FROZEN BEVERAGE AND SOFT SERVE SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a fully automated frozen food dispensing system that combines precision ingredient blending with dynamic viscosity control and clean-in-place functionality. The system comprises a mixing cylinder containing a rotatable auger, a refrigeration system with a compressor in thermal communication with the cylinder, and a blending manifold having multiple ingredient inlets and a blending chamber. A controller includes motor sensor, and pressure sensors to regulate ingredient delivery, monitor auger torque and product temperature, and cycle the refrigeration system to maintain a target viscosity. The system further supports automated portion control, product-specific dispense timing, gas injection, and pasteurization. Cleaning cycles may be initiated without manual disassembly, involving thawing, purging, rinsing, and verification using sensor feedback. Optional connectivity enables cloud-based monitoring, diagnostics, and remote operation. The invention is suitable for commercial, unattended, or kiosk-based frozen food service environments, enabling hygienic, repeatable, and labor-free operation over extended durations.
Extrusion assembly for a micro-puree machine
An extrusion assembly for a micro-puree machine uses a plunger coupled to the main driven shaft to push the processed ingredients out of a nozzle coupled to the bowl. The plunger includes a seal around its perimeter to ensure maximum contact with the walls of the bowl and thus allow for maximum extrusion yield. The extrude function is integrated into a program on the main user interface with a predetermined translation speed/flow rate.
Slushie machine
A slushie machine includes a housing. An inner housing is arranged inside the housing. A top of the housing is defined with a first opening, a top of the inner housing is defined with a second opening. A cup is arranged inside the inner housing. The cup can be removed from the inner housing through the second opening. A rotating head is arranged at the bottom of the inner housing, a stirring blade is arranged inside the cup, a first rotating hole is arranged at a bottom of the cup, a connecting head is arranged at a bottom of the stirring blade, the connecting head is inserted into the first rotating hole to be connected with the rotating head. The rotating head is configured to drive the stirring blade to rotate. The present disclosure has a reasonable structural design, the cup is detachable, making it convenient for cleaning.

Machine for making and dispensing food products including a stirrer with a locking element
A machine for processing liquid or semi-liquid food products, includes: at least one container for containing the product to be processed; and at least one stirrer, mounted inside the container, to rotate about an axis of rotation. The stirrer includes at least: a first protuberance extending along the axis of rotation; a plurality of scraping elements, each provided with a cavity for accommodating the first protuberance; a first locking element, removably associable with the first protuberance and movable between an engaged position, where it is locked to the first protuberance to couple the scraping elements to the first protuberance, and a disengaged position, where it is movable relative to the first protuberance to allow uncoupling the scraping elements.
Micro puree machine
A micro puree machine including a housing, a power shaft, a bowl assembly and a platform. The power shaft extends from the housing. The bowl assembly including at least one locking bowl element. The platform includes at least one complementary locking platform element that is configured to engage the at least one locking bowl element such that rotation of the bowl assembly relative to the platform is prevented at times the bowl assembly is positioned thereon. The platform is rotatable from a first position to a second position relative to the housing such that the platform raises the bowl assembly towards the power shaft during the rotation of the bowl assembly and platform. The raising of the bowl assembly facilitates connection between the power shaft and a blade assembly that is positioned in a lid assembly on the bowl assembly.
COLD BEVERAGE MAKER CAPABLE OF MEASURING TEMPERATURE OF MATERIAL
The present disclosure provides a cold beverage maker capable of measuring a temperature of a material, including an electrical control assembly, a refrigerating assembly, a stirring assembly, a feed assembly, and a discharge assembly, and further including a temperature sensor, where the temperature sensor includes a sensing end and a connecting end; the sensing end is provided in a refrigerating cylinder; and the sensing end is flush with an inner wall of the refrigerating cylinder. The sensing end is designed as an arc-shaped surface, with a radian matching with a radian of the inner wall of the refrigerating cylinder. After the temperature sensor is mounted, the sensing end can be flush with the inner wall of the refrigerating cylinder. The present disclosure ensures that the temperature sensor does not affect normal operation of other devices or processes, while contacting the material.
