SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PATIENT ALIGNMENT AND TREATMENT
A system for supporting and aligning a patient during a color alteration procedure includes a laser system that delivers a laser in a first direction. A control computer may be adjacent the laser system for controlling the laser system. The control computer system may include a user interface in a first plane substantially perpendicular to the first direction. The system may include a patient support structure having a patient support surface extending in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction and configured to be adjustable to set a patient position or alignment relative to the laser system. Coarse adjustment hardware may be configured to cause automated and/or manual adjustments to the patient support surface in the first direction. Fine adjustment hardware may be configured to cause automated fine adjustments to the patient support surface in the first direction based on instructions received from the control computer.

A patient examination system including a frame assembly, one or more motion-controlling assemblies connected to the frame assembly for moving one or more selected movable portions of the frame assembly, and a patient support assembly. The patient support assembly includes a seat subassembly including a seat cushion, a back subassembly, a footrest subassembly including a footrest cushion, and a cover element covering a top side of the seat cushion and an external side of the footrest cushion. The cover element has an exposed surface for engagement with the patient. The seat subassembly includes the seat cushion and is secured to the upper element of the frame assembly. AUTOMATIC PATIENT POSITIONING WITHIN A LASER EYE SURGERY SYSTEM
A laser eye surgery system produces a treatment beam that includes a plurality of laser pulses. An optical coherence tomography (OCT) subsystem produces a source beam used to locate one or more structures of an eye. The OCT subsystem is used to sense the distance between a camera objective on the underside of the laser eye surgery system and the patient's eye. Control electronics compare the sensed distance with a pre-determined target distance, and reposition a movable patient support toward or away the camera objective until the sensed distance is at the pre-determined target distance. A subsequent measurement dependent upon the spacing between the camera objective and the patient's eye is performed, such as determining the astigmatic axis by observing the reflection of a plurality of point source LEDs arranged in concentric rings off the eye.
Water therapy system and device
A water therapy system, including a therapy chair with a tiltable backrest portion, and a foot tub, including a water bucket and an inclined ramp, such that a patient can be lying in the therapy chair with lower legs and feet extended into the water bucket, such that an inclination angle of the inclined ramp ensures a comfortable seating position. Also disclosed is an inclined ramp for holding a water bucket for use in reflexology therapy, including an inclined surface and a base, such that the inclined surface is configured to hold a water bucket.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING ON-SITE MOBILE DENTISTRY
The present invention is a method for performing on-site mobile dentistry utilizing a mobile dental chair and mobile dental lamp in combination. The mobile dental chair can be wheeled to a site and can elevate and recline a patient to a comfortable position for the patient and dentist or dental care provider. The mobile dental chair is driven onto and parked on the flat support base of mobile dental lamp, thereby holding the mobile dental lamp in a safe and stable position. The mobile dental lamp provides high intensity illumination suitable for providing modern dental care. The mobile dental lamp may be provided with removable wheels to aid in transporting the lamp to and from a site.
